He's so majestic in the way he controls a football. I hope he wins us a treble, would only be fitting :)

I thought the game really opened up when he came on, it felt like the Reading players were suddenly shitting themselves at the prospect of facing RVP  He's different class, his presence alone lifts the team considerably.

With his physique I think he is going to be fantastic until 33-34 at least

Woohahahahahahaha (evil laugh)

Wish we'd signed him instead of Berbatov

I agree

It may just be coincidence but when he came on we saw a big change in the level of performance of a number of players most notably Cleverley

He lifted the team

Though the same thing. He impacted the game without doing anything other than just to be on the pitch. That's when you know somebody is special. Its an egde.

Bigger teams however would be less intimidated by him though.

He's a ridiculously good footballer.

You know, just in case people hadn't realised this yet.

Even the simple stuff he does, oozes such class.

One ability that really helps United is that he is as good playing alone upfront, holding the ball, linking up play as he is playing behind the striker in a deeper role.

Does everything with so much class, except putting the ball into an empty net.

I'm very surprised by how good he is with back to goal and at releasing other attackers into space from those position.

The bit of hold up play I enjoyed the most last night was when he got the ball on the halfway line, held it just the right amount of time, turned around and passed it into Chicha's run (Chicha then went on, took a good shot parried by Federici, and Nani took the rebound on the volley but couldn't get it on target). Perfect timing and perfect execution.

RVP when he signed: "...and I'm looking forward to achieving ... big things at United".

It was as if he and Fergie had planned all this. If we are to win the treble, this guy will have a huge say in it.

What a player. He deserves to win something big this season on his talent alone. He's too good to have won as little as he has.

RVP is an excellent addition to our squad and amazingly everything has worked out well for all concerned. He has settled in well and made timely contribution to the team.

Can't believe how much better and how much more dangerous he has made us from corners. This is how we should be. I was watching a video on youtube and so many goals have resulted from his corner taking. Another reason to love the man.

The difference in our corners when he takes them and the others take them (vs Reading) is quite amazing.
