Martin’s definitely an option as well, but links with McKenna have been rumbling for a few weeks.Russell Martin's teams play a very possession based game, and he's quickly worked his way from league one to championship play off finalist - happily jumping ship from two different clubs already in a short space of time.
A team like Brighton look the dream kind of playing style and size of club for his first PL job. If Southampton lose to Leeds (or even if they win, maybe?) I think that might be an interesting move for both parties? Similar situation to McKenna, I suppose.
