I didn't even think he was that great in the Euros. He scored a decent goal at an important time that vastly inflated the perception of his performances.
They won't sell him for cheap. He was 19 and should have gone to a midlevel club where he would have been a starter and continue to develop. There was no way he would get enough minutes in any of the top European teams.
Have no problem with buying him for cheap and loaning him out to develop further.

So your feeling were hurt?He rejected us for Bayern? He can deal with the consequences now, don't want, shite anyway.
The kid was 18 and even if he was average in the Euros that in of itself was an accomplishment at that age. He was voted the young player of the tournament ahead of Coman and Guerreiro and was voted man of the match twice - that is not average. He was average as they come at the Euros.
Feelings* and no, i'm not feeling hurt, however, he is shite and there's a reason he isn't getting play time. If players don't want to play for us I don't want us to get them simple as. I don't know how you gauge how i'm feeling via the internet bud.So your feeling were hurt?
United didnt have a coach at that point and most players would have likely made a similar choice or do expect the kid to join United and have to play under Moyes 2.0?

The 19-year-old went on to star for his country as Portugal were crowned Euro 2016 champions and Rummenigge said United’s lack of manager meant Bayern were able to complete the transfer. Speaking to Portuguese publication zerozero, he said: “Renato had an offer from Manchester United. “But I heard, one day before our game against Atletico that the transfer wasn’t closed due to United not having a coach."
“We acted immediately. We invited Benfica’s president and the player’s agent to Madrid. The environment after the game wasn’t good, but we agreed the transfer that night and closed the deal with a handshake.”
He is not getting playing time because there are better players ahead of him at Bayern, but that does not make him shite like you allege. Also there is no proof that he did not want to play for United (on the contrary a deal was almost agreed) but that he felt going to Bayern was a better choice at the time.Feelings* and no, i'm not feeling hurt, however, he is shite and there's a reason he isn't getting play time. So now I can't have an opinion because it's not in line with yours? He's shite mate and if you can respect that's my opinion then fair enough. I'd say you're ASSUMING, since I'm not actually feeling hurt about the situation like you claimed I was. So if your response is not objective then it is based on your feelings and that can be gauged easily, even over the internet.
2 year loan and an option to buy at a fair rate. Interested.
Play it the way they did with Coman at Juve. Similar situations (albeit higher prices).
No point doing ourselves out of a deal here. Jose likes him, we know. He's an incredibly talented player that has played at a higher level than Tielemans and could work well switching into key positions for us.
Loan + fix price to buy him would be nice.
I would be assuming if there was no proof but the proof is in you own post.So now I can't have an opinion because it's not in line with yours? So apparently my posts are showing my true feelings, ones I can't identify myself is what you're saying? I find that difficult to believe unless I was in denial which, over something so petty wouldn't make much sense. Incoming jargon preaching I'm sure, time to black you son.I would be assuming if there was no proof but the proof is in you own post.
You are entitled to your opinion that he is shite but cannot claim that your opinion is objective, as several other people who are more knowledgeable than you (including SAF, Mourinho, and Rummenigge) say he has talent. Thus your opinion is subjective, and given your reference to him not wanting to play United (which again is not true), it shows it is based on your feelings.
They are fake news. Bild are the believable onesKicker is no joke.
Tielemans hardly shined against us.I'm not so sure. Tielemans had a few impressive games, including two against us. Sanches' best games came in Euro 2016 and many players have great international tournaments and fail to reach same heights afterwards.
I thought he did well in the first game, but he was superb in the second.Tielemans hardly shined against us.
Especially in that first game.
I'm not sure if you're serious. It's the other way around. They are fake news. Bild are the believable ones

Not for news and rumours concerning Bayern.I'm not sure if you're serious. It's the other way around.
Maybe but Kicker is not a tabloid that would just make something up, is it?Not for news and rumours concerning Bayern.
That list would include: Neuer, Ramos, Bale, Robben, Benzema, Hazard, and KroosAs others have said, don't really want to have a player here who turned us down already.
And we're not going to sign any of them either so it's not an issue. That list would include: Neuer, Ramos, Bale, Robben, Benzema, Hazard, and Kroos
BTW Van der Saar rejected United for Juventus in 1999 - wonder how much you hated him when he was eventually signed.
Think people are taking the "he reject us before" too far.

He is still a teenager. He can come off the bench and start when Pogba is absent or we play a 3 man midfield. Can't see where he would fit. He is a roaming center mid like Pogba. A holding midfielder is far more urgent.
You are either insane or perfectly correct with your assessment. He is still a teenager. He can come off the bench and start when Pogba is absent or we play a 3 man midfield.

Nah, you're right. They aren't the best source but they don't make crap up or hype every rumour.Maybe but Kicker is not a tabloid that would just make something up, is it?
