RI and I considered Afridi, the problem (as was pointed out in the test draft) is that he has two very seperate peaks as a bowler and batsman. He isn't a good batsman now, but a good bowler, and when he started he was a much better batsman, but not nearly as good a bowler.

Yep. Let him go for the same reasons. He is too much of a neither here nor there. Very useful ODI bowler though. I rate his bowling very high
