Usually id agree but Levy wouldn't let Kane go for anything under 200M and Neymar would cost 300M and negotiating with either club would be a nightmare.

They need to replace the world’s biggest star, the next on the list would be Neymar for sure. Hazard is not close to those guys, and he doesn’t score as many goals as they do. Obviously Mbappe with his supposed uncertain future, then Salah and Kane whom are tied to long contracts at lesser clubs. Difficult to do anything about the last two

Neymar and Mbappe would both cost £200m+ and I doubt PSG would sell.

Hazard probably would be doable for around £150m. I'd hope Chelsea wouldn't sell but it'd weaken them so not too bothered if it does.

Hazard + a striker will be a weird one for Madrid, because Ronaldo plays as both a wide forward and a forward, whereas Hazard doesn't so you'll now need to accomidate Hazard + new striker + Benzema + Bale, and that's not even coming to Isco who pretty much plays like a slower Bale anyway.

I'd like to see Hazard there to see if he can really up it cause he's got the talent but not the mentality.

I don't see how they're ever going to prize Mbappe away from PSG but I can absolutely 100% see Neymar go. I think it'll be him.

It's not just Madrid - it's Barcelona & the whole Spanish league.

Players come & go - ultimately Barcelona's philosophy has run out & as good as players like Coutinh0, Suarez & Dembele are - they just won't replace Iniesta's, xavis, puy0ls, Messi's playing within an organised system.

Madrid primarily ran off Barcelona's energy initially - eventually becoming the better team as time took its toll on Barcelona.

Barcelona nor Madrid have any philosophical sense on how football should be played & have no ability to overcome their peaks.


Now its the BPL turn in my opinion to not be under the Spanish teams shadow & dominate the world as truly the biggest clubs in the world. For that the club's in the BPL needs its own philosophy -
More so than ever we have
Clubs playing 352, 433, 4231, 442
Clubs playing possession
Clubs playing cpubter attack and so on - clubs in the BPL have grown within the last year or two both by finance & marketing but also paying attention to the type of football that they want to play - this will lead to the next dominant team.
 
No hope of getting Neymar/Mbappe/Kane or Salah.

Slightly more chance of getting Hazard and maybe Mane/Aguero?

But they will need to totally change the style of play and probably look at a different set-up. Still though hard to see how they can replace Ronaldos goals even with 2 players of Madrid quality. Hazard alone should cost the same as what they get from Juve for Ronaldo.

Trust in the youth maybe?
 
I believe RM will go for Harry Kane. Madrid have an history of buying players from Spurs (Bale, Modric). Kane is shining right now and his performance against Croatia might determine if Florentino pulls the trigger.

Why would PSG sell Neymar after spending €220m on him?

PSG would not want to sell, but Neymar would force a move, perhaps by starting a fight with his teammates.
 
Please Real just take Hazard, Mbappe is too young and Neymar is the Qatar image making tool.
We will go for Mbappe :lol::lol::lol:.
 
Hazard is not a like for like replacement, no way he'll score 50 goals a season. He might create more chance for whoever the buy as a striker and bale but I can see them buying two attackers to compensate for losing Ronaldo.
 
My guess is Hazard this summer and then Neymar will be the target next year.
 
The closest thing to Ronaldo is probably already at the club in Bale. They probably need to look at what player accommodates him.
 
1- Hazard
2- A striker that actually scores goals
3- Keeping Bale fit

I doubt that the european domination will continue anyway but that would be good enough to win the league.
 
In Spain a release clause is mandatory, considering what PSG paid for him - if there was a clause (which I doubt) it would be at least £500m.

IMO Real Madrid will sign Hazard OR Neymar, not both. They also have Isco, Asensio, Bale, Modric, Kroos, Marcelo, etc to create opportunities. They need a striker, someone like Icardi or Lewandowski... Benzema just scored 5 goals last season.
 
Yeah, no release clause in his official contract.
 
Neymar- natural replacement. Too expensive
Mbappe- shining new toy plus top player. Too expensive
Hazard- obvious choice
Salah- it would be so great.
Martial - well, who knows.
