I don't think that will fix it either, and you say it's been a rapid decline but I would say this was a long time coming. Liverpool were breathtaking consistently and then that went to every now and again but solid, then that went to just solid and then finally to inconsistent and on the ropes. For me all that happened in the last two seasons to the point we're at today and Klopp doesn't seem to know how to play other than the way he's been playing since you started winning things. Everything comes through the fullbacks, the midfield are defensive but now porous and teams can easily cut through the middle with little resistance. Now there's blood in the water and teams won't sit back anymore and Liverpool don't have the legs to go toe to toe these days.
