RAWK Goes into Meltdown 2014/2015 - The "We go again" Edition

Are Liverpool funded by Nazi money or something?, its just one racist thing after another there.

I guess they missed the time when Hughes said he was a Chelsea fan and has no affection for United.
I fecking hate Hughes, there’s not to many ex or current United players I hate, but he’s at the top of the tree.

He has too much in the plus column for me to hate him, but I can't think of anybody I'd accept such a blotted copybook from.

You can see exactly what's happened here.

I'm pretty sure the last two lines, which are the particularly objectional ones (particularly the last one), were added to an existing meme as I've seen the rest of it without them before. He probably just read the top bit and didn't acknowledge the last lines before posting it. I wonderf if someone has tried to stitch him up here.

As has been said, good intent but a little thoughtless in approach and it has blown up predictably.

Poor Mario. Not his fault.

Reeked of old Man Utd that. In fact some of the away performances seen at Old Trafford have fecking reeked as well, seems the big media build up and desperation for those twats to do well has teams playing scared again.

if you swapped de gea for mignolet, Man Utd would be bottom

Not sure what they're trying to say here... has RAWK resorted to calling our players good and their players shit, to insult us?

He's not wrong. If we swapped clubs we'd be 8th and try's be 4th. That's how bad we are.

Except that De Gea is a part of that "we". So "we" aren't that bad. The outfield players on the other hand...

'United are a one man team' has always been the most hilarious criticism. If anyone has shown they were utterly dependent on a single player it's Liverpool.

Maybe they are. Confidence is a big plus.

Hopefully we have something like a full strength side and smash that confidence into a million pieces an make up for last year.

I guarantee you that within the first 10 posts of their post match thread, someone will complain about the ref.

They've had to play a 32 year old striker in 4 games for the whole 90 in the span of what, 10 days? Dippers got nothing going forward; they're not challenging for top 4 any time soon.

I had their game on the background on the TV, and watched ours in a stream.

They look awful. Can't wait to play them.

where someone = the vast majority of posts, and they also really don't like Lee Mason for some reason I can't remember. And they rarely ever get any decisions so are bound to feel a little hard done by.

De Gea
He will soon be at Madrid, i have heard a deal has already been agreed don't know if its just rumours though.
:wenger:

Bonus
Singing about Gerrard again in this game. An Obsession with him perhaps?

Maybe deep down they know he's better than any midfielder United have had in the PL era.

Its interesting that point- i remember Ray Borque who played for the Boston Bruins in Ice Hockey was allowed to go to Colorado Avalanche as Boston realised they would not compete for The Stanley Cup and thought he deserved a shot at it and let him go with their best wishes after his 1 team career spanning 21 years. He ended up winning it with Colorado. Football has a different mentality though and the scousers would burn every memory of him if that happened.

On a side note: In the AFL a player spent most of his career, bar the last two seasons, at one club - they never won the Premiership and two seasons ago the club was in no position to challenge for the next several seasons. An amicable trade was done between his club and one of the top sides (my own) and in the last two years he has won back-to-back Premierships, including a best on ground performance in the first. Three seasons ago he was sinking beers watching his soon-to-be new team lose the Grand Final wishing it was him out there...

He's still considered a great of his original club too and the fans (at least that I have seen/heard) were all happy for him when he won his first and second Premiership.

Edit: 197 games at the Western Bulldogs from 2002 - 2012.
32 games at Hawthorn from 2013 - date, including 2 Flags.

The only PL midfielder more overrated than Keane is Paul Scholes. People remember Keane for his thuggish attitude not his football skills.
Good to see United winning because of referring decisions again Rojo (I think it was) was clearly offside and interfered with play.
Roy Keane was a thug plain and simple. As good as a footballer he is it will always be overshadowed.

He is a level below the likes of Scholes, Veira, Gerrard etc. Gerrard has won us multiple trophies single handedly
Keane - yet another "Great" United player so limited that no big European club ever even bothered to have a sniff...

Yeah not like Keane was being targeted by Bayern and Juventus or anything..
