Which one? Don't seem to remember that in either book.
It was on a documentary also think Archie Knox was his assistant at the time. It's in one of his first books also.

Haha as soon as I read this I read number 4 back and omg yes.14 for me, couldn't be more Brent than that!
9. ‘I think there’s three players who will let us down this year — the cause, the fight, everything – and I have written them down already in these three envelopes. Make sure you are not in one of the envelopes.”
I actually think the aircraft one is really good, the rest are baffling.
Except no one would ever consider building an aircraft in flight.I actually think the aircraft one is really good, the rest are baffling.
Ah, someone whose spirit is unbroken, come defile yourself by the bonfire...I doubt they are his.
Can he play at CB?
we had red nets, old sign back to make anfield fortress again then this c*nt ruined it all. hope they get the idea he is bad omen.
I think you're putting too much thought into this.Except no one would ever consider building an aircraft in flight.
I mean, how would you even go about that? Launch the components from cannons and catch them all from a rocket pack?
It's nonsense.
Maybe if you switch "repairing" for "building" it would be clever.
I agree the mistake is thinking about anything Brentan says.I think you're putting too much thought into this.
You could probably build a glider in the back of a Hercules without too much of a problem.
Hercules is a lot smaller than you think, but inside a C-17 (you can fit the payload of a Hercules on just the loading ramp of the C-17) should be fine. If not, then you'd need to borrow a C-5 off the Yanks, or ask Antonov Airlines to loan you the only AN-225 Mriya in existence.
I used to get paid to know about aircraftWhat a plane spotter you are. I bet you've got CAM.
New deal for Stevie starfish then.
Are they happy or angry about this?
YepReally? That is fantastic news if true.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers confirms the club have offered Steven Gerrard a new contract and says the club captain now needs time "to consider" the offer.
Gerrard's current deal expires at the end of the season.
"Firstly in terms of the club the latest is that Steven Gerrard and his representatives have been offered a contract here and at this moment in time that's where it's at," says Rodgers.
"It certainly won't be money. I've spoken to him enough times at length and that won't be the case. Between now and the end of the season he deserves the opportunity to think."
Ideal.
Would be hilarious if Gerrard turned down the contract and went to someone like Chelsea/City and won the league.
imo the best combination is any combination that doesn't include Gerrard
Its interesting that point- i remember Ray Borque who played for the Boston Bruins in Ice Hockey was allowed to go to Colorado Avalanche as Boston realised they would not compete for The Stanley Cup and thought he deserved a shot at it and let him go with their best wishes after his 1 team career spanning 21 years. He ended up winning it with Colorado. Football has a different mentality though and the scousers would burn every memory of him if that happened.

Well it does stand to reason when they smash Hull at home who are managed by their ex player who drops his knickers every he walks into their gaff.
And Mark Hughes is in town on Tuesday ....
More knicker flashing on it`s way from Mark. Maybe not the full kit ie suspenders and obligatory strap on, like Bruce offers, but definately some thigh as bare minimum.
Honestly, it has felt like an age since I've read the "other teams bending over for United" comments. We may only be 4th but the world is slowly, surely, righting itself.
Ideal.
That really does sound like Rodgers wants his status at the club lowering.
If it's not money, it suggests he could turn it down because Rodgers wants to start phasing him out. If that's the case it must mean he currently has some sort of play clause.
I cannot see the funny side of this no matter what scenario. Gerrard can go to Chelsea/City and win 2-3 league titles before retiring and he still won't get a sniff on most of our players' record under SAF. But no.19 for Liverpool will mean we'll never hear the end of it from scousers on how they're back to reclaim their perch blah blah blah.I'd find it funnier if he left Liverpool to win a title with Chelsea or City and Liverpool ended up winning the League without him. Well I would if it didn't actually involve them winning the leagues it then that makes no sense.
A bit like when Owen left them and they won the UCL.

Paradox hurts my brain.Should have kept reading.
