Sorry, I'm only familiar with the 'Pass the Buck' philosophy, FSG's speciality.

In other news...I'm the person who told the Caf that Roberto Martinez would be the new Liverpool boss, so this qualifies me as a typical ITK. I've now heard that they will be signing Michael Owen(!)...so they'll probably end up with Drogba's dad instead.

NO

This c*nt CANNOT ber allowed to put the shirt on again and run out at Anfield as a home player

He has no love or feeling toward us, if he had he wouldnt have ever pulled on the dirt shirt

He can go and feck, if i see him at L4 as a home player then L4 wont see me

Why the hell is this guy saying L4? If I wouldn't know that they were talking about Owen on a Liverpool forum I wouldn't have the slightest idea of what that could possibly mean.

Do you think Owen would ruin his United legacy by putting on a Liverpool shirt?

I didn't realise he had a United legacy.

Taking Owen is back is the equivalent of going back to an old giirlfiriend and asking her to get back with you, but just for sex, which you will pay for when;

a) you've forgtten how to do it but you suspect she has as well
b) she has slept with your worst enemy and said how good it was in the papers
c) she emptied your bank account just so she could have a Spanish holiday, which apparently was shit
d) After she came back from Spain, she said she's sorry and could she come back and then she ran off with someone else just as you were getting excited
e) She's published a portfolio of her pictures asking any man to take her on as she's so hot
f) She talks more about horses than the good times with you

And that because you dumped your girfriend only to find out that nobody wanted to go out with you

Oh, and your worst enemy has stopped hating you now and feels utter pity for you, especially after you laughed at him for going out with her.

Otherwise I have no problems as it may be all we can do

You weren't better than us. You lost the league.

But their crop back them were better than ours, who cares anyway it was years ago, we need to stop going on about that team (who incidentally won feck all) :)

They weren't better. They had Howard Webb.

None of us likes it, I yell and swear at him every time he does it.

One thing is true though, he is one of the most fouled players in the league, and quite often that goes unnoticed by the refs. Classic example was the penalty on him that wasn't given in approx. 50th minute last night.Does he exaggerate to 'convince' the ref that it was a foul? I don't know, but it looks like that.

It's a vicious circle, you don't do it, they don't give a shit about you. You do it – you build yourself a nice little name.

Not sure if you watched the Liverpool – City game last week, Sterling was mauled by City defenders over and over again, but the refs gave one foul or two instead of many throughout the game.

 it just stonewall wasn't a foul either. Most fouled player in the league.. Lol classic.

Re: Owen.

It seems beggars can be choosers, according to their fans.

John Henry has just written an open letter to the fans, about their dealings (or lack of) in the transfer window.

Cannot wait to see their reaction to this.....

This made me laugh for some reason,

We have been successful in improving the commercial side of the club and the monies generated

We are currently generating the monies for you sir, just give us your bank number and sort code so we can wire them to you directly.

John Henry's open letter to Liverpool FC fans

I am as disappointed as anyone connected with Liverpool Football Club that we were unable to add further to our strike force in this summer transfer window, but that was not through any lack of desire or effort on the part of all of those involved. They pushed hard in the final days of the transfer window on a number of forward targets and it is unfortunate that on this occasion we were unable to conclude acceptable deals to bring those targets in.

But a summer window which brought in three young, but significantly talented starters in Joe Allen, Nuri Sahin and Fabio Borini as well as two exciting young potential stars of the future - Samed Yesil and Oussama Assaidi - could hardly be deemed a failure as we build for the future.

Nor should anyone minimise the importance of keeping our best players during this window. We successfully retained Daniel Agger, Martin Skrtel and Luis Suarez. We greatly appreciate their faith and belief in the club. And we successfully negotiated new, long-term contracts with Luis and with Martin.

No one should doubt our commitment to the club. In Brendan Rodgers we have a talented young manager and we have valued highly his judgement about the make-up of the squad. This is a work in progress. It will take time for Brendan to instill his philosophy into the squad and build exactly what he needs for the long term.

The transfer policy was not about cutting costs. It was - and will be in the future - about getting maximum value for what is spent so that we can build quality and depth. We are avowed proponents of EUFA's Financial Fair Play agenda that was this week reiterated by Mr Platini - something we heartily applaud. We must comply with Financial Fair Play guidelines that ensure spending is tied to income. We have been successful in improving the commercial side of the club and the monies generated going forward will give us greater spending power in the coming years.

How the mighty have fallen, best fan in the world my ass

They've been scrutinising everyone on the club, owner, coach, sponsor, and even they threaten to harm their captain marvelous if he changes club.

They're Rafa FC

Loving the fact that there's a couple of them talking about Del Piero on a free.

Juve legend going to Liverpool of all clubs....
