RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2012/2013)

One thing that bugs me about Liverpool fans is their use of the word "plastic" when it comes to the CL now - I presume in reference to the fact that non-champions get into it. Having looked at their EC wins back in the 70s and 80s, the level of competition nowadays is not to be sniffed at. Their flukey win in 05 aside, their runs in the competitions back then consisted of at most 9 games.

dont do that.

they got to the competition as Champions of England. That's enough for me.

Don't take away the credit they deserve.

It was easier to win in that format, that is without question. No team has managed to retain the CL title, whereas in the old days you had a good number of teams doing so and retaining it a number of times.

Some of them genuinely seem to think they deserved something out of that match, despite looking completely toothless throughout, almost as much before as after the red card.

Little gem here:

Any of you watch it on first row? The commentator was a disgrace, willing United to send in a good cross and when they eventually scored he was cheering.

Apparently unaware he was watching an MUTV stream. :wenger:

About co-commentator Paddy Crerand, United legend with 300+ appearances, winning league titles and a European Cup, working for MUTV

Think RAWK has outdone itself

Re: Luis Suarez - Liverpool is Home

My mate knows the bloke who lives next door to Torres and he says he's seen Torred 're-create' his best goals for us in his back garden while wearing the full Liverpool kit. Reckons he cries like a baby while doing it. :(

That's what the image goes to. Clearly a wum and not a very good one.

They really believe this stuff, don’t they! :wenger:

The poster in question, is a raw celeb called jaffood, don't think he's winding people up.

Just stupid

We won't see a player like Luis Suarez again for another 30-50 years. He's that special. We should be building the team around him not considering selling him and I'd be more than happy to turn down offers of £100m for him and have him for the rest of his career.

...

Met a Scouse United fan today. It was the oddest thing ever...his whole family's dyed in the wool wrong shade of red, but this bloke's a hardcore United fan. It's times like this when your faith in humanity is almost fully restored.

Our very own "Religion" is a Scouser if my memory serves me correctly. It's been a number of years since I met him.

 you see many of these in Australia. Jovially talking 'fans' that think they know everything. Of course they are harmless but when they say 'I support United, Barca and Liverpool...' Sometimes it gets to much and you have to laugh in their face and leave.

It does seem strange encountering a Scouse United fan but I have a few mates in Manchester who support Liverpool.

I have a few really close friends that are big pool fans, when we where kids Liverpool where winning everything so a few jumped on the bandwaggon.

My father in law was (dead now sadly) an Everton fan from Liverpool and he could not understand that a that Manc could support a team from Liverpool, he said that it never happened the other way around.

On Rafa:

Should never have taken the job in the first place but not going to hold that against the great man. I fecking despise those plastic, rent boy c*nts!!

The only thing I wonder is why the feck is there not more people like Rafa in football today. Prepared to say what they think and not put up with the shite

fecking hell haha...am I the only one who's starting to think the only success he's going to have at this point is if he was to come back to us one day? It just seems for whatever reason everyone else hates him.

Shame he won't be in charge for when those 'orrible cants come up here. See how to show proper respect to a manager.

He wil get his name sung to high heaven..... When we play them.

That will be quite odd......

But it will be nice to pay our respects to rafa.

Not sure we ever said goodbye properly.

RIP Rafa?

As usual, Rafa metaphorically drops his kecks and slaps his balls across the owners face.
