In all fairness, there's not a great lot of amazing premier league right backs is there. That post was probably made before Smalling/Jones played a lot there this season, and that leaves Richards who whilst having a great season, seems prone to errors, and not much else.

An apology from Liverpool and Suarez, an admission that he didn't understand the different cultural connotations of the word in this country, maybe some money to kick racism out of football or something; everyone moves on and the FA probably quietly reduce the ban a bit later for showing remorse and humility.
Instead Liverpool FC and especially Daglish and the fans have turned this into a Liverpool vs Man utd argument.
