RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2011/2012)

Do you know how many people Fulham fans have accused of giving them the finger? None of it was ever proven! They've shown a clear tendency to falsely accuse people of directing dirty hand signals at them. How can anyone believe that a player like Suarez, who's never had his character challenged, would give them the finger? It's infuriating how the Fulham fans are trying to besmirch his good name.

They've even gone and photoshopped him doing it! It makes me sick to see the corruption in this league that guarantees the scum win trophies and get no punishment for their smear campaigns.

I live in Brazil, if you want to give someone the "finger" here, or anywhere in South America, you use the middle finger of your right hand.

Look at which hand, Suarez is using there.

I would suggest he is thinking a number of things.

We've lost 1-0, I scored "one" perfectly good goal, we got "one" player red carded, for a nothing challange. Plus a whole host more.

:lol::lol:

More Suarez problems! - Page 2 - LiverpoolFC Official Forums

Even if I was taking the piss there is absolutely no way I'd have the imagination to come up with something like that. fecking brilliant

McManaman, to his credit, defended some of the bile against Suarez today.

What a surprise

Next week Suarez will decapitate the ref, and RAWK will still manage to find someone who suggests its perfectly normal and acceptable in his culture.

Luis Suarez involved in further Liverpool controversy after finger gesture aimed at Fulham fans after defeat - Telegraph

Dalglish on Suarez:

"We'll look after Luis as best we can, and I think it's about time he got a bit of protection from some people.

His integrity is impeccable. He can look in the mirror and go to bed at night and sleep soundly. If other people can do that then fine. All we ask is to be fair, is to be honest."

Maybe the middle finger gesture has a different meaning in Uruguay like lets say "I love you all" kind of thing.

Every time Dalglish opens his mouth recently he shows himself to be more and more of a cnut.

How many times did that rat faced cnut throw himself to the ground last night? The man is a cheat - there's no other word for it.

I couldn't give a feck that he's given the Fulham fans the middle finger. If anyone is offended by that, this country is in a right fecking state.

The FA ought to ignore that and focus on his constant cheating/diving.

 Does Dalglish post on RAWK?

It was a horrible tackle - Dalglish's reaction typifies the old school ignorant rough and tumble British mentality of getting the ball means you can do whatever you want afterwards.

Granted taking the ball in a tackle gives you some license to bump into the person you're tackling as part of the process, but the fact of that matter is that at the point Spearing made contact he was off the ground and his studs were raised into Dembele's ankle.

Having listened to Graham Poll and other refs talk the litmus test for them is whether the tackler could at any point pull out of the tackle - if they're off the ground they can't do that, and it's reckless play. It doesn't matter if he got the ball or not.

He basically takes 'defending your players no matter what' to a whole new level. There comes a time when you have to tone down the rhetoric and not go to extremes to defend players.

not wanting to defend a Liverpool player , but really did it offend anybody and to be honest if it did offend they are daft.
There is more to this arsehole than him putting a finger up to the crowd , how many time does this happen and nobody sees it.

Ronaldo got a suspension for the same thing.
Rooney got a 3 match ban for saying 'feck' when the cameraman was on the pitch.

Consistency

like I said not defending him and yes he should get the same ban has Rooney.
But really it is just daft , people see and hear it all the time.

Its daft, but just because people are exposed to it all the time doesn't make it any better. The FA have to take a hard stance on abuse directed towards the crowd, quite rightfully so. If not, it would descend into players having a slagging match with some bloke in the crowd every game.

Yep. I have no issues with people doing that.
Just waiting for the 3 game ban+ ban for being a racist.
It'll be hilarious if he gets ~10 games combined.. Probably wont

fair point , did not think about it that way.

Ronaldo did the same thing against Benfica and got a match suspension IIRC.

It's not the same as what Rooney did at West Ham ffs. Let's have a bit of common sense here.

Although, Rooney getting a 2 match ban for swearing in a camera was pretty ludicrous too.

Its the same as what Ronaldo did though, and he got a ban. Lets see if consistency applies here, or is it just United players that are made examples off?

Here's the Ronaldo incident, although UEFA decided that matter and the Premier League will decide this.

He doesn't do himself any favours does he. The next time he scores, the headline should read: "Diving, cheating, racist crowd abuser in goal scoring shocker."

You have to be a certain type of scumbag to relegate Stevie '7 on 1 self-defence' Gerrard, Andy 'Alcholic wifebeater' Carroll and Craig 'Golf club' Bellamy' to the also-rans of scummery at that club

I'd forgotten about the golf club incident. If you look hard enough, you'll find unsavoury stories about players at most clubs, although the Gerrard one still annoys me!
The problem is that Suarez looks to be a very talented player, yet he is getting more of a reputation for his diving and cheating than his good play, and he is making headlines for his alleged ill judged comments and gestures.
His manager and/or advisors need to sort him out.

Once we got to the half hour mark last night, he decided that his team were too shit to win the game fairly and started to throw himself to the ground at every opportunity. Then he'd get up, holding a part of his anatomy, which would immediately heal once the ref waved play on. Near the end of the game, he kicked a Fulham defender in the box and went down as though it was him that was kicked. The balls on this guy

The Ronaldo ban is pretty much irrelevant to this. There's little reason to expect consistency, UEFA decided the Ronaldo punishment whereas the FA will decide if Suarez is charged, as they did with Rooney's swearing ban.
