So let's say they're definitely not better than barca or madrid. That means they must be better than all but one of us, Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Milan, Inter etc etc.

There's so chance whatsoever I would ever want to spend my afternoon watching Liverpool play and yet they watch every United match it seems, hoping for something to happen (either loss or even better injury to someone) and after 35+ pages on that match general agreement over there is "Manc are definitely obssesed with us". Yes it's a fix. Who precisely are the tougher teams we should have been drawn against? Pot B Milan, Marseille maybe? As a pot aside from Milan it's really just big clubs that are underperforming.
