RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2011/2012)

"...But we will be setting out to win the league, because that’s what you do year in and year out at Liverpool.”

:cool:

Liverpool Home: 5-9-2, 24 pts, 1.50 points per game
Liverpool Away: 6-1-9, 19 pts, 1.18 ppg
Overall: 11-10-11, 43 pts, 1.34 ppg

Remaining Schedule

@ Blackburn [5-1-10]
v WBA [6-4-6]
@ Norwich [6-6-4]
v Fulham [3-5-8]
v Chelsea [6-5-5]
@ Swansea [6-6-4]

Combined 32-27-37, 1.28 ppg. Very close to their own record, they'll be lucky to pick up as many points as they drop.

I know - who would have credited that performance? :lol: It is one of the few predictable things about them at the moment.

I don't know what you're talking about. Did you not hear the king? It was an outstanding performance, couldn't fault them.

You know, aside from the fact they drew at home with Villa. Nope, can't fault the team or the performance.

I said it before I genuinely want them to put on some form of a decent run now so that Dalglish remains in the job for next year. Aside from being no threat to us, he is comedic gold as well.

I think we will just have to settle for a meltdown Keegan style before Kenny walks away. Simply have to enjoy it while it lasts;)

Massive 4 points ahead of Hodgson. If this is progress I shudder to think what regress is.

And to think, only 50 odd million spent. Another 400 million and we'll be trying for the top four!

:lol:

I can't believe I used to think it was stupid that everyone read RAWK just to take the piss out of them. But I have to admit I find myself strangely addicted to it too, I just can't wrap my head around their outright refusal to face the facts but instead come up with the most convoluted shite as an excuse for what has been happening... It's actually amazing.

And I actually like Liverpool!

They wonder why they are battling, and continuously call for perspective, so here's some perspective:

From: Mascherano, Alonso and Torres.

To: Spearing, Adam and Carroll.

For me, 5m on Konchesky and Poulsen are the biggest two disasters really. They stick out like a sore thumb in that lineup.

:lol:

There is less and less delusion over there, which means less and less comedy/angst.

Come on, Kenny! Win a few games ffs!

Maybe we should rename this to RAWK goes into lockdown?

Probably already quoted but just saw it in the comments section of the Guardian

Meanwhile, over at Red and White Kop, as ever, thread after thread is being locked for fear of internecine Scouse meltdown. Seriously, it's beyond parody; it's the only supporters' internet discussion forum where, eh, discussion is not allowed! As I write, topics currently banned from discussion include...

1. Kenny's tactics;

2. Dirk Kuyt;

3. Jordan Henderson;

4. Andy Carroll;

5. Doni (I could go on).

Ps "Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap, clap-clap-clap-clap... Dal-GLISH!!!!!!!!!!"

Weren't they going on some point last season how they tallied that if Daglish was there all season they would have been top? Well, he's now been there all season and is a good 33 points behind the top spot, having played a game more. So yeah, that didn't work out how they had hoped.

For RAWK mod Pheeny-Suarez it's been a good day, as he reports in to the nauseatingly MAWKish auld arse thread:

They might not win any of those games
