What a bunch of spacegoats.
Suarez doesn't have a sister...
Your sister's cu*t is actually my favourite insult, Uncle Junior in The Sopranos delivers the line perfectly when he slips over in the shower.
It's typical long-winded Spanish ways of cursing: "Shit" or "FFS" or "Bloody hell".
"Me cago en..." (I shit in) a lot of options:
Since it takes very long to say some of these instead of just "Shit" we often omit the "Me cago en" and focus on specifying the location of our shitting.
- Dios (God)
- La hostia (the host)
- Vos (you)
- La concha de tu madre (your mother's cnut)
- La madre (shorter, full body experience)
- La concha de tu hermana (your sister's cnut)
- La concha de tu abuela (your granny's cnut)
- La puta que lo/te parió (the whore that gave birth to him/you)
- La madre que lo parió (stops short of calling the mum a whore)
Totally harmless cursing which may or may not be directed at someone, no one in their right mind would be offended by it or actually take it literally implying their mum is a whore or anything of the sort.
Unless you say it repeatedly and way after the incident that prompts the outburst, which is very rarely the case, and not at all the case here with Evra.
What people were not happy about here was the "sudaca" comment, consistently used by Spaniards to refer to South Americans in a derogative way. It's considered much worse than a reference to skin colour as it implies a history, a social status, mixed race status, all in one.
I never got around whether Evra said it or not (apparently said South American, and some assumed the intent of saying sudaca when translating) but the conventional wisdom here is that he did, so people are baffled as to how negro is worthy of suspension and sudaca isn't.
In fairness, there is some validity in the whole thing being blown out of proportion. What people don't get at all is that a mere apology would have sufficed and it is the persistent refusal to admit any wrongdoing that grates. At least that's my take.
Evra denied and the report confirmed that Evra never used Sudaca. It was confirmed by Suarez as well. Not only did he not hear Sudaca, he didn't hear the 'sister's cnut' as well.
feck that.
I'd rather cut both of my plums off with a blunt knife than listen to that coffin-dodging drunk ramble on.
And Spoony can feck off as well.
Fck him and his stupid drunken red head. Respect my hole. He's a cnut of the highest order.
I saw that Ben smith commented on this on twitter, after calling him charming he was promptly unfollowed
i turned on 5live, heard a few seconds of ramblings about ferguson's snooker room and extensive library of books, preceded by some sycophantic fluff from 'spoonie' and decided it wasn't worth the rise in blood pressure.
To be honest, in recent years I literally can't watch or listen to the fella and switch over when he's being interviewed.
I really don't know why spoonie was deemed the appropriate choice of interviewer , either
(The ultima@ate RAWK spastic, he couldn't resist).
The BBC are running a series of articles about showing the 'real' Ferguson.
This is one of them. Described thusly;
Meet the real Mr. Ferguson
Manchester United manager speaks candidly about life and football in an in-depth interview with Spoony. Relaxed and Candid - the Real Ferguson.
Joke.
A@A talking to himself by quoting his previous post
It is really hard to find someone more loathsome in football. His two-faced myopic lying shithouse tactics always seem to be ignored by the media. For anyone that wants to find 1984 style doublespeak and doublethink is - then look no further than that alcoholic liar.
It was probably part of the deal for him to agree to start speaking to them again. A nice fluffy sycophantic interview to make him look like a lovely, cuddly Grandad. Does he finish with a “Well done, Spoony”.
He might come across as the nicest man in the world but I wouldn’t know as I’m never going to put myself through it. Why would I want to?
They have a thread on the SAF interview - the comments are fairly unsurprising

What a bunch of spacegoats.
tbf I checked the Bluemoon response which was much more classy - some genuine appreciation there
It wouldn't. If the scousers were at Old Trafford that day, they would have remained silent.

Because they love their minutes silence.
in all seriousness, they would have been crucified by all if they made a peep. Same as cITY would have been. City are just as bad if not worse than the scousers when it comes to mocking Munich.
What a bunch of spacegoats.

Winston Churchill
As Churchill once said this quote, it can now apply to LFC.
With our ever longing quest for success and glory, we're now marching toward our past, especially with Dalglish at the helm and a set of players who will not only run through brick walls for the shirt, but will rebuild the stonework to run through it again.

Should Liverpool win on Sunday, then the pages of the papers will not be filled with the names of celebrities, members of parliament or even the royal family, as the pages will be filled with the names of Gerrard, Bellamy, Suarez, Henderson, Reina, Agger, Enrique, Johnson and the rest of the Liverpool squad that, as a whole, becomes one powerful and dangerous entity to all around.
[...]
We're forever marching towards our past
How are they reacting to all the paper talk about Rafa being lined up to save Chelsea's season?
Hope Rafa doesn't end up with Chelsea. Could see them winning the league for the forseeable and overtaking everyones CL titles.
This is the greatest new insult of this century and I promise to call at least 10 people every day spacegoats until it takes off

Good. I'm sick of all the abuse opposing fans give players.
Every week fans sing 'What a waste of money' at Andy Carroll, or 'Luis Suarez, you know what you are'. Its about time clubs start taking action so that fans start showing some respect towards the players. It is unsporting.
