Real Madrid robbing us again. Varane and Casemiro business are absolute disasters that just gave us some short term highlights before their problems are starting to arise.

Please don't buy anymore players from them.
 
Look pissed off when he was asked to come on to be fair, I don't think he's behind ETH and I think that's showing on the pitch as well.

That said he looks so fragile I worry he will snap in two in the tackle at times.
 
Would I be harsh if I use the French term crétin des Alpes as a metaphor to his performance? That is the only thing I can think of with him now.

He doesn’t want to be here anymore. Heads turned by Saudi probably so sell in January for decent fee and reinvest if possible.
 
I don't care about what's going on in the background, it doesn't justify his performance.
 
He was a warrior last season. The leader at the back. The glue. Grabbing everyone, getting everyone together.

Tonight was a disgraceful performance. He clearly didn’t want to be there. If you don’t want to play for us, feck off.
 
Ahh yes this is the part where we pretend he’s been a shit signing, no good and not our best CB. Dumbasses really saying Evans is better, you can’t make it up on here.

Maybe if he had some form of match sharpness rather than rotting On the bench since his return from injury. No start since returning especially with the easier fixtures we had made no sense to me.

Shit mistake which cost us dearly but let’s have some perspective.

He looks like he wants out. Something definitely up with him and the manager.
 
He was terrible, hopefully he pushes to go to Saudi Arabia.

How? Varane and Casemiro were excellent last season and it's only now that they're showing their age. That said, on the former tonight, age isn't so much of the issue: I saw a player who absolutely, positively didn't want to be there at all. A true 1/10 performance.
 
He's been a complete joke of a player this season. Totally checked out, looks an amateur on the pitch, mistake after mistake that lead to goals, injured every other game. Get rid as soon as possible. Fully support playing Evans over him, Evans has been a better footballer this season and Varane can have no complaints about being left out.
 
Mistake cost us the game in the initial build up to the goal. I believe he was the one who gave the ball away cheaply.

Had a very good season with us last year but it's just not been a great signing overall I think. Hopefully we learn our lesson in buying injury prone older players

So we basically bought them to give us one good season then struggle to get rid of both and have to spend more money to replace them ? Both costed us combined close to 100m and now we have to replace both.
 
Not a big fan of his time here. Gets away with a lot and never gets criticised

Well we can see why Maguire and Evans have benched him, that was awful from him tonight I thought. Way below his normal levels. He'll be gone.
 
He's never been that good here.

Like Casemiro, he lives off of what he achieved outside of Manchester.
 
The worst Varane we’ve seen in our shirt so far. Totally out of form, sadly
