Rooney, Van Persie, Welbeck and Hernandez as strikers, Jones, Smalling, Evans and Rojo as defenders and yet we spend big on a forward. If we get rid of Welbeck, Hernandez and RvP needs knee surgery then I'd understand, kind of. Though it'd make more sense just to play Welbeck.

If, if this is happening, we're either getting rid of Hernandez, Welbeck and Wilson (loans?) and staying with 352, or Rooney or Van Persie are off. The first one is infinitely more likely, however RvP's injury lends gravitas to the former.
