Boy will we look stupid if something goes wrong on this Falcao deal! We will be handing Welbeck to our direct competition for a Champions League place and be leaving ourselves short of quality backup should RVP or Rooney get injured. Talk about laughing stock! I can't possibly go to bed now without hearing confirmation.

To be fair Falcao only came on the scene a day or two ago. It was only announced at 3am this morning.
They've gone down from 365k quid/week, good job Telegraph, a couple of tweets more and it will be Monaco who's paying us for loaning him out to us.
Since Welbeck has been confirmed, this deal is a formality. Only a matter of time.
I doubt they've done many deals quicker than this.
