Radamel Falcao | Ducker: Medical passed!

Hmm if we you told me 4 years ago that we would have Di Maria, Mata, Falcao and Van Persie...

All of a sudden it makes sense. Probably around €10m - €15m for a loan, we send van Persie to have his surgery and replace him with a world class striker and next year when van Persie is 32 we could replace him altogether with Falcao buying him outright for €30m - €35m. This is a very good deal.

A big feck off to City - you can't keep up with FFP? We sign your target. feck off to Juve too - don't want to give us Vidal? Look, we sign your target BECAUSE WE CAN.

This is brilliant  after this it doesn't seen entirely implausible that we just smash an offer over to Juve for Vidal. Anything could happen.

It's almost done now... Season long loan. Mostly with option to buy. We've bagged Falcao. Not official but Sky are super confident.

So he's basically RVP's replacement while he's out needing an operation. What happens when RVP comes back? There's no way to fit Rooney, RVP and Falcao into one team, especially with Mata and Di Maria in there as well.
Falcao and Di Maria on the wings! Get in!

Not as mental as it seems, follows Fergies four striker theory. Only problem is one of them is captain and expects a start.

Bringing him in for RVP to get that operation?

Loan? Does this mean we're letting go of Welbeck and Chicharito? Is van Gaal trying to groom Wilson through Falcao, Rooney, and van Persie? What's the point of getting a striker similar to Rooney and van Persie in style?

A loan would make sense with Hernandez off, RvP's injury problems and Rooney's poor form. Paying £30+ million seems a bit silly though, 65 million Euros is just bonkers.
Well a loan it is. Really pleased we haven't Spunked 50 million on him!

Why the feck would Falcao come to us, when there are other clubs after him that can offer Champions League football? Di Maria was understandable, he'd just won it so it's perhaps not so bad for him to wait a while to play in it again. But Falcao must be desperate to win the things soon. I genuinly don't understand this rumour, it's not really in either side's best interest.

Mendes making a huge chunk off that 65m (which no other club would pay) and 9m a year in salary. I can imagine Falcao saying bye to CL football for a year. Remember he played in front of a 6-7 thousand crowd at Monaco so playing at OT would definitely give him the chills again.

I mean, never say no to a fantastic player but seriously... Why? When our midfield and defence are paper thin.

Why?
Why??
Chicharito has gone. If Welbeck is also going, hopefully it's just on loan to get regular football. In the meantime and with doubts over RvP's fitness, we bring in Falcao on loan.

Signing 2 of La Liga's previous best players recently.

Also, what the hell - why would Monaco agree to a loan?

Gotta be asked: if one year loan deal is such a great deal then why are Real going for Hernandez instead? Shirts?

Falcao would be an awesome signing but it probably means we are going to stick with 3-5-2.

Of course it's fantastic if it's a loan.

It's if it was an actual crazy big money transfer that it'd be madness.
Yeah, even if we actually buy him for 50m, I'm not really fussed. It's an obscene amount of money for sure, but feck it. We've the money, it's about time we spend it

So he's basically RVP's replacement while he's out needing an operation. What happens when RVP comes back? There's no way to fit Rooney, RVP and Falcao into one team, especially with Mata and Di Maria in there as well.

LvG needs to make some big decisions and sell/drop players that do not fit his 'philosophy'. The sooner the better. Finally, we have some pace in the team, and someone who is looking to put his head up and shoot.

Brilliant signing. Need proper movement at the top end of the field.
