Sagan has one crucial problem though: he's not French.
Knowing Kristoff he'd bottle it and gift it to Demare anyway.
Well, the organisation did up the time limit by 2% very late in stage 12 when Démare was struggling, while Gaviria, Greipel and Groenewegen had already abanoned as they were never going to make the limit.
Well, ASO has tendency too leniant towards French's cyclist. Its not a secret.

The official timings have been awfully erratic throughout all of the Tour, never trust it.
