He generally has outstanding first seasons, even if he considers it too little time to implement all his ideas on a full scale, he more often than not end up winning the title or challenging for it. Winning the league instantly for Barcelona in his first year, coming 2nd in the league with AZ(Taking them to one of the two CL spots), winning the title in the first season with Bayern.
I can imagine he has always had wet dreams about the dictatorship like power SAF had considering he has had so many fall-outs with people and players he worked with.
