Premier League - Matchday 18

When was the last time both Manchester clubs were this shite at the same time?

What season do we have to go back to where both clubs were so low in the table at Christmas?

Obviously we were shite for years, and United probably had a season here or there over the last decade with a poor position in the table at Christmas, but both at the same time must be ages ago

United's league fixtures coming up:

Newcastle (h)
Liverpool (a)
Southampton (h)
Brighton (h)
Fulham (a)
Palace (h)
Spurs (a)
Everton (a)

How many points are they getting from that?

Yes it's been surprising to say the least specially from Manchester City. I don't even rate Manchester United that much since their recruiting has been very poor but damn they surely suck beyond my expectations. I still feel both teams will turn it around... eventually.

Ahh roll on the Southampton game. We'll need that after Liverpool away. Hoping to keep that to lower a smashfest then some of the Ten Hag disasters.

He can do all those things to a good level. He’s also good at running the channels, stretching the defence, but United rarely put him in good situations. He looks well short on confidence at the moment. He’s proven he’s a good finisher if given anything resembling satisfactory service.
Then we'lll simply agree to disagree.

I've seen enough to think that's not going to make it here and age or lack of service are not an excuse.

We're conceding too often. Been happening a lot since Konate's injury.

I said weeks ago he’s been your best defender this season. VVD is actually quite limited in his defensive actions. He dominates the box on set pieces but beyond that his contribution to your play is more in possession.
