Premier League Gameweek 6

Southampton isn't the only time. It's happened several times for Arsenal especially over the last two seasons. I know we go on about the decisions City get but Arsenal have a LOT go their way. Almost like top teams all get the rub of the green more often than not.
They did it to us as well last season - in a game we actually deserved to win

I hope city win it, then have it taken off them a week later then shuffled off to league 2.

An actual club winning it with an insufferable manager? Don’t like the sound of that

We not even played yet and the weekend already sucks now. Arsenal again is challenging for title this season. cnuts. Hate that they are closer to winning the league than us.
But Chelsea, how the feck their bald manager able to it? They have 300 players for the first team, how on earth they look competent on the pitch? cnuts.

Johnstone is no a GK you play tiki taka from the back with

Wolves the better team so far.

So inevitably Liverpool will score soon..

Wolves have something to work with in midfield with Lemina, Gomes and Andre.

I don't get it. Konate extended his arms and pushed Cunha over, how is that not a foul?

Wolves were the better team for the first 30 minutes, and now Liverpool are dominating. Football is sometimes strange.

Thank god it takes a few years to get a team playing how you want or Liverpool would be top of the league

City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea will take top 4. We are lucky if we finish above Aston Villa or Spurs. So basically we are most likely finishing 7th or below. Aston Villa may perform better than Chelsea, but that doesn't change the equation for us.

If anybody is wondering why, a reminder that Cole Palmer is on 130K/week, less than what half of our team is making and less than half of what the likes of Rashford and Bruno are making. You cannot even compare their contribution to that of Palmer's

We have a spoiled, grossly overpaid, inconsistent average players who cannot be asked to consistently perform at the highest level

People genuinely want to see fouls given for what Konate did? I know it’s Liverpool, but bloody hell the games soft enough already without seeing challenges as nothingy as that being deemed wrong. It was nothing. Unfortunately.

Until I just read this thread, I didn't think there was a hint of a foul. Some People see football very differently to me.

Is it a bad look for Klopp is Slot wins the league in his first season with Klopps team.

I'll never understand why so many teams persist with passing out from the back with the number of times it goes wrong

Not really, I guess it could show that Klopp had left good foundations.
Oh I firmly believe he left them a way better team than people realized. They're not quite as entertaining as Klopps team but under Slot they have a level of control and patience I really like.

Yup. It’s nothing like how we had Moyes succeeding Fergie. Slot has taken to the Premier League like a duck to water.

I think they have good squad and the kind of mix with them where players like VVD and Salah are having a last hurrah so to speak that you sometimes have with title winning sides.
