Premier League Gameweek 4

Rashford would be shipped out by Arteta before his PR machine realise what hit them. This notion that he would be willing to work harder for a different team is based on nothing but blind hope.

Who mentioned working harder? Stop making things up. I said, he'd arguably be more consistent in a better team. Hardly an outlandish statement.

Arsenal are playing 10 men behind the ball. Not a sign of a team that can win the title.
That's a silly statement, this will happen at most 3 times this season. Spurs, City and Liverpool away. Arsenal would expect to dominate the play against every other team, home and away.

Tottenham have been shite yet they still registered something like 15 shots.
What happened to supreme gods of controlling football Arsenal?
Do you think that us missing both Rice and Odegaard may have impacted our ability to control the game? No?

I'd also argue that if Rashford was part of Arsenal, he'd be more consistent.

In contrast to that, if Martinelli was currently in our team, would he be any better than Rashford? I personally think he wouldn't be.
Fair point. Suppose you need a team playing consistently well to bring the best out in the player.

Caf experts explained in length last season how injuries have no impact whatsoever on a team’s performance, that all teams have players unavailable but play incredible football nonetheless

Spurs look toothless. Lego man is still light years behind his mentor Pep. City are going to walk the league this season.

Spurs never looked remotely like scoring a goal, apart from maybe Solanke in the 1st half when White passed it straight to him. A few pot shots from distance in the 2nd half padded the stats. Arsenal controlled that game comfortably.

Well Spurs are fecking shite aren't they?

Honestly feels like Newcastle vs relegation fodder has been on TV every week since Saudi bought them.
It has nothing to do with their takeover. Newcastle away games have always been televised more than most teams because of their big fanbase. Numbers-wise, they're one of the most well supported teams in the league.

Similar thing with Leeds in the Championship.

Not much choice remaining anyway when taking into account there were 5 telly slots and the broadcasters had to pick something.

Southampton v United - TV
Brighton v Ipswich
Fulham v West Ham
Liverpool v Forest - Had to be on Saturday (Liverpool in CL Tuesday)
Palace v Leicester
City v Brentford - CL on Wednesday a possible factor for it being on Saturday?
Villa v Everton - TV and had to be Saturday, Villa CL on Tuesday
Bournemouth v Chelsea - TV
Spurs v Arsenal - TV, maybe earlier for Asian TV market? Arsenal CL not until Thursday
Wolves v Newcastle - TV

Palace v Leicester turned out good but would it have looked so ahead of time? Probably not.
