Spurs will probably win this but good god I am delighted we didn’t get Conte in. Spurs are so reminiscent of us under Ole, but older.
The cheer for the Mings yellow card must have been the most noise Spurs fans have made all match.
Glad Villa scored but can’t help thinking it would’ve been better around the 80th + minute mark. Plenty of time for Spurs to turn this around like they shown already this season. Hope Villa can hold on or get another.

Definitely have a top 10 and bottom 10 in the league forming here. Obviously the top 6, and Newcastle is above a few of those now, Brighton is a very decent side, West Ham should be up there and will move up the table (their performances are better than the table suggests) and now Villa with Emery. We'll see if Wolves with Lopetegui manages to improve them too, their defence and midfield is very good but their front 3 is horrible (with Pedro Neto injured always).
I'd say the next batch you have Brentford, Fulham, Palace and Leicester who should be mid table with the odd push and capable of upsets.
Leeds, Bournemouth, Everton, Southampton, and Forest are the relegation fodder IMO.

Not sure there's a player I detest more than mings. Villa.playing a few passes around keeping the ball and he tries a mad switch of play and gets it horribly wrong inviting a spurs attack

Agree. Though they have good players and could be capable of a big improvement. Conte is going the Mourinho route though. Gone are the days where big clubs can he successful with those systems.
