Its not about luck anymore. I had to grit my teeth reading countless posts complaining of the luck against Stoke, Burnley, Watford but it stops being luck after a certain point. If you can't even score a goal against Hull at home just pack up the top 4 aspirations.

A lot of the blame in my honest opinion is towards Mourinho for tonight. He ignored Martial and then ignored the opportunity to put him on and chose Wayne Rooney. The only correct change he made was Juan Mata and there is a fair shout to suggest he should have started him in the first place.

It wasn't a great display, we created one glorious chance and one decent enough one with Pogba. Against a team like Hull we should be making far more chances than we did. We are the worst side to watch going forward out of anyone in the top 6, and our manager has somewhat questionable treatment of his attacking men (as he has done in other clubs).

I wonder whether we'll see an another instagram vid of Pogba and Lingard dicking around the dressing room. The sad thing is, we probably will.

We're not winning games when we're playing well and we're not winning games when we're playing like shit. We are not good enough in the final third. Not incisive or precise enough. We're not getting the top 4 simply because (after all the feck ups we had early on) we either need to put a really good run of form or at least win the games against the top 6 opposition and we have yet to show the capability to do either.
