It's a bit weird, you just go in there, and there are rooms for each friend of yours with 3 pokemon, it'll be the same three in each friends room(ie, in a room for me it'd be the same three every time, it'd be a different 3 for the next friend). The advantage being that you're more likely to get pokemon with high IV's(they're guaranteed to have two maxed), the chance for hidden abilities, and are more likely to be shiny(8 times, for a 1 in 512 chance).
 
Would anyone be interested in buying some cards before I Facebook/eBay them?

Includes Steelix EX Full Art, Mega Gardevoir EX, Yveltal BREAK, Xerneas holo, and Cobalion Reverse Holo from Steam Siege. Blastoise EX, Deoxys holo and Huntail holo (can't remember which sets) and some Base Set 2 and Fossil Holos if anyone cares for those.
 
How's everyone doing lately?

My sealed product collection has grown this month with me now acquiring the Arceus, Victini, and Pikachu Collection Boxes, along with the 20th Anniversary Elite Trainer Box. I also got another cheap Ancient Origins Box for the hell of it. I get paid on Friday, so I'll be putting my order in two Keldeo Mythical Collections next. Only Meloetta and Genesect to go to complete the set. Although, Evolutions has taken my fancy, so I'll soon have to pre-order a full box of that as well as both Elite Trainer Boxes (Charizard and Blastoise). I also want to pick up a Steam Siege Box but this is already getting very expensive :lol:

To add to that, I'll be getting both Sun & Moon, and there are big tournaments in November & December in Liverpool and London, so I'm going to have to fork out a fair bit of money to play in those. Will need at least 2-3 hotel nights for each, along with the train food, and entrance fee. May need to book on payday as nearby hotels will likely sell out, especially the London one.

Also, one last thing. I currently have some excellent condition Base Set 2 Cards on eBay that may go for very cheap. As of me writing this, they're at £8.50 + £2 P&P for nine Holos. Definitely worth £50~, and a lot more if graded as I'd expect them to get 8's at least.

Managed to buy several Japanese boxes of CP6. They've been selling like hotcakes, should make some good money off them. Opened 2 boxes so far, it's a great set, got two base set Charizards :drool: Think I may open 5 in total, it's great to open 1st Edition base set holo's again.

Nice! I am hopefully going to get some Evolutions boxes ordered next month. I am so tempted to open a box, but I obviously want to keep one sealed as well. I also want both Elite Trainer Boxes (Charizard & Blastoise). It'd be about £280 for two of each product... I wanted a Steam Siege Box to keep sealed as well, but haven't gotten around to that yet.

I also only want to open a box if there's an Evolutions folder released.
 
Alright feckers, me and my brother are gonna make a run at catching them all, I just got Y today to make a fresh run at it before Sun & Moon so if anyone wants to get involved my breeding shop will be back open for business once I've had a couple days to power through the story!
 
Anyone else got the CP6 set yet? It's a blinding set, would love to trade spares if anyone else has any.
 
All the roms I've tried of HG/SS have all been broken in some way or another, so you are forced to buy it.

Checked Amazon UK and they have SS for £90!!
 
Not as bad as Earthbound's. The first anti-piracy feature is that it makes the game much harder, but not only that, if you manage to make it through the harder version of the game it freezes at the last boss and deletes your save file :lol:

I think it'll come back down to be honest, it seems to swing all the time. I picked you heart gold last year for £30 I think.
