It looks like they just don't want to tell us the return date. There is no way that they wouldn't know the approx date of his return by now. I'd be surprised to see him play sooner than November, maybe even longer.

He looks happy. Should be docked wages for being injured and not slumped in depression over the agony we fans are suffering.

He should focus on recovery and training instead of fulling around with some blonde. We're still paying his wages and he's thinking more about haircuts and girls than about football ffs.

:D

I reckon he's pretty much fit and will come back after the international break. I know nothing about muscle injuries so I'm sure someone will correct if I'm wrong, but if he was in the midst of a serious hamstring injury and maybe having surgery, then surely we wouldn't be letting him go on 10 hour flights for a dirty weekend...?

Let's see, he was injured on 12 Sep, and now we're 3 Oct already so that's 4 weeks and by the end of the break it'll be 5. If he misses both Liverpool and Benfica games that will complete 6 weeks absent or even a bit more.

I don't think the injury will extend that longer. I have a feeling he'll be on the bench vs Huddersfield and will start against Swansea in the League Cup game to prepare him for Spurs.

He's just after posting a video on Instagram of him doing some exercise for it. Didn't look too strenuous mind.

Is he recovering or having a holiday? Cause both can't work together surely,No?

They kinda can. He goes to a warm climate which is good for recovery and gently exercises. It’ll do him no harm to get his head out of the game for a bit, we used to occasionally let Ronaldo do the same when he wasn’t injured.

So he didn't need surgery then which is good news. He's started exercising in the gym. I'd imagine from here we are looking at 2/3 weeks before he back in contention.

From my very limited knowledge, he is starting to put weight on the hammy again to test the strength of it and to see if there is a relapse or if it strains again. I think his muscle has probably healed and its start of some physical work. I think he will be under monitor everyday and it is begining of his recovery. I think a two week recovery is the time period we should be looking at before he starts training with first team.
He could be available after Liverpool, even if he heals better than expected jose wont risk him at liverpool. I think we will be looking at 30 mins vs huddersfield, 45-60 mins vs swansea and then a full game vs tottenham.

what exercise move is this? Never seen anyone do that in the gym!

Do you get many professional athletes rehabilitating their hamstrings in your gym?

Heard reports he was seen playing basketball. Makes me wonder if he is close to a return and testing the muscle or just plain stupid and not taking his rest/rehabilitation seriously.

I've been quite vocal in my dislike for Pogba in the past, but he did knuckle down and start the season very well. Weak opposition or not, we've hardly missed him since he's been out, which is a positive.

Some comment from the club on his return date would be good

We'd be better with him. Also, Matic has been unbelievable.

I'd be happy with that time frame. He will get back in time for 2 months of hectic football with ample rest. Its still annoying that the club won't tell us anything about his expected return.

It's kind of crazy that the club are keeping his status a complete secret while people are using all kinds of signs to judge what stage of recovery he is at right now

 The feck is that shit?
Looks like some kind of .....punch the fecker in the face squat
I would hardly call that a squat.
Thats pretty much it its a hold in squat(not full squat) position, stand and punch with a little resistance. A little balence shifting with the punch but its all about the power(not speed) to erect.

Its obvious to me this is all about the Lakaku chant, Pogba intends to rival Lukaku for our affection in the large pines stakes. He even has a feckin cheerleader too. Nice... Nice... Good. Eyes an chest straight forward.... Nice... Both hips, good nice.

I'm really convinced he's going to make a 'speedy recovery' and be ready to face Liverpool

Well, Andy Mitten did an article for the Scandi supporters club today urging fans not to take Mourinho at "face value" when it came to injuries
Obviously!
