Not surprising, Evra already hinted that Pogba would want to leave. I don't exactly blame him either. This club has a lot of issues it needs to sort out
I'm not so sure he'd sulk, there is an international tournament at stake and he knows Deschamps wouldn't hesitate to bench him if for instance he lost his place and his performances at United. Ideally the club would get an obscene amount of money for him but I suppose it depends on our priorities.

Not really sure if Coutinho was a similar condition. Don't think Coutinho flirted with other clubs or went to the public to openly talk about him wanting a new challenge. He was like "I'm fine to stick at Liverpool but if Barca came with an acceptable offer I would like to live". Pogba is different. He wants to leave now, openly talked about it in public and flirted with other clubs several times. If he asks the club to leave and we forces him to stay, I can only see it ending one way which is another very toxic season.
If he wants to leave, sell, it's x10 better than keeping a player who doesn't want to stay here any longer. I'll trust using a player who's intent on playing for the club than a player who's not interested in the club any longer and just stayed because he's forced to.

By now people should be able to handle players moving on. Rooney, Beckham, van Nistelrooy and Ronaldo. Pogba is one of my favourite players, but if he wants to go, then I won't hold it against him, since we should be able relace him one way or the other, same with de Gea. Coutinho wanted to leave and it was reported he was really disappointed when the move didn't happen in the summer. I could have used many other players I've seen over the years, not everyone sulks and stinks the place. I'd agree that if he wants to leave then the club should ask for the highest possible from the interested clubs, if there are no agreements, I don't necessarily expect him to play any worse than he has at times in the previous season.

Matic & Fred are our 2 most established midfielders once a Pogba goes. So we sell Pogba & buy a replacement. Say Fred doesn’t play & McTom does [& i like McTom] the point remains they’ll be playing A LOT of games & aren’t better then Pogba so we are weaker.

World class-players under contract wanting to leave. If we can't find adequate replacements for him, he'll be here next season no matter what Raiola wants. Finding someone good enough to replace him, and that wants to join this current mess is going to be extremely difficult, unless we've been working with this for months already.
We can keep him for one more year without his value going down. It's pretty clear he wants to leave. So it's a matter of when we should sell him. I want him to stay because I'm not sure whether we'll able to bring in any player to replace him.
