Would you accept Dybala and Sandro for Pogba?

Playing the long con obviously. Faking back problems the previous week, then playing a half anyway so that his ruse is not too obvious, only to fake them again today so he can force a move through. So sly.

I wonder what's Jeinny Lizarazo's take on this.
 
We didn’t even receive any bids for him? Does he expect us to let him go on the free or what? If Madrid pays the amount he goes, but it does seem like Madrid are not that much into him as they’re not forcing the issue at all.

He has actually been very professional about the whole thing and just gone on about his business. This whole summer he only made that one comment about wanting a new challenge. I’m sure our club must have spoken to him after that and since then there hasn’t been any noise. The same however cannot be said about his friend Lukaku.

So Pogba travelled to Norway to play but now has decided days later not to travel to Cardiff? What changed? Certainly wasn't Madrid submitting a bid because the press would have reported it ad nauseam. Then you have the reports of Madrid supposely being in for Van De Beek. Which if they are in for him, they aren't in for Pogba.

To be fair, I have my reservations about Dybala, too. Maybe it's just the modern footballer.

Worth pointing out that this time last year Alvarez was claiming the De Gea’s new contract was about to be announced, the one he still hasn’t signed 12 month later.

Just cause every player makes a little bit of noise about leaving you don’t cave every time. That’s sets a very dangerous precedent for the future. He doesn’t have 12 months on his contract and we don’t stand to lose him for free next summer. He has three years on his contract. We have the power here. If they meet our 150m valuation of him he can leave.

Ole himself said that Pogba got a back spasm at the end of a training session, there is no point in risking our main player days before the season starts.

Not going to start pushing the day we sign a CB and look close to signing one of his good friends! Not to mention Real Madrid can't afford him this summer.

I think Pogba thought Real would come in hard for him, and they haven't. And now suddenly we're nearing the end of the transfer window and Real still haven't even submitted an actual offer, let alone a realistic offer that United might accept. And so he's starting to get nervous. He doesn't want another year outside the Champions League, Raiola has sold him another huge move - cementing his place as a world superstar. Only Perez and the board don't really think he's all that, and now Pogba is starting to worry that it's not going to happen.

And honestly, I don't think it will happen. Real can't afford his transfer or wages unless they get rid of Bale and/or James, only Zizou really wants him and his future is already uncertain, and Pogba is United's biggest star and Woodward and Ole have no desire whatsoever to sell.
 
Don’t believe one word from those shit sources that he has purposefully missed the flight in order to push through a move to Real Madrid.

The club will not let him go unless his price is met. Real cannot afford him unless they shift some players out.

Nah. I think what happened is Pogba was annoyed at the lack of ambition showed by the club and didn't want to stay at a struggling club. Ole had a talk with him at the start of pre season and said something like stay this one more year and see where we're at next year, if you still want to leave then fine. Since the start of pre season there hasn't been the slightest bit of anything, and Pogba has no problem staying this one more year. The hope is we significantly improve, and with the big possible bonus of Dybala, that it could be enough to keep him happy to stay longer. Likeliest scenario as of now is he leaves next summer, slight chance of staying longer, 0 chance he leaves this summer.
 
He hasn’t gone because he is negotiating a new contract that he will sign with his little friend from Argentina, and both need to make a video for Adidas.
 
For a start, the squad took the train to Wales. They never took a flight at all. So the bloke who reported Pogba deliberately missed the flight was talking absolute bollocks

It's a month to the end of the european window. We can still sell but cant buy after next week. Pogba is gone once we have our guys in. Which is crap because I thought we were gonna have a great team with him, Dybala, Fernandes and Manduzkic.

If we keep him by the end of our window he won’t be leaving til next summer. Would be suicidal to sell at a point where we couldn’t get anyone in.
 
There were literally people forecasting this back injury a few weeks ago. It's standard practice.

Don't believe shit sources, Ole himself said Pogba got injured at the end of a training session and we have to get him ready for the game against Chelsea.

We are finally getting some proper signings, there is literally no reason for him to push for a move this late into the transfer window.

First off, we aren't getting Fernandes.

We haven't bought a replacement for Hereira, never mind Pogba. If Pogba was to go, we'd need two midfielders to be brought in even if Bruno was signed. The likelihood of that happening by August 8th is close to zero.
 
Not sure. We seem to have agreed a deal for Bruno and is in advanced talks for SMS. If Dybala also comes in , then it's just a matter of RM raising the cash.
