From what Riola has publicly said it more or less amounts to a transfer request and so if it hasn't happened formally yet it will.
Madrid or Juve should put us out our misery and offer decent money.
I've talked about this phenomenon for a while now. It's happening in other sports as well. I think the rise of player empowerment is contributing to it, as well as fans being able to get closer to players through social media.
I wouldn't be surprised if star player forums start to emerge, like the Pogba forum.
There will be entire forums devoted to players indeed.

It's not weak management. We give potential buyers leverage if we declare that he can't play for us. His value would drop immediately. This is what Raiola is trying to do with his statements; no need to help him.
He's not a Gerrard or Robson though. I don't just mean in terms of stature but also type of player.
IMO he has more in common with players like David Silva. He can do the bare minimum water carrying to play in midfield, but he's no Roy of the rovers and if the rest of the midfield isn't doing their job (and a bit of his) don't expect him to carry their burden.
Give him the ball with willing runners around him though, and he can make things happen, both in midfield and close to goal.
I am sure there is plenty to criticise about him as well, but I do think part of the problem is that everyone, Pogba probably included, is trying to make him a kind of player that he is not really suited to be.
Zidane shares a lot of similarities with Pogba. He sees his former self in Pogba and want to help him to become the best player in the world and not be wasted as DM.
And Zidane is Pogba's idol ( Zidane is the idol of all the frenchmen born after the 70s btw )
Pogba and Zidane is a match made in heaven. He should have signed for Real in 2016, he already made a mistake, I can't see him miss the train a second time

One thing which might help is if we send him out on loan with a ' Compulsory Buy Clause '
Gets some money in for us now and gets him off our payroll and, more importantly, out of our club instead of having to put up with him for another 12 months until Real or Juve have scraped together enough cash or PSG can get round FFP yet again.

No....I said he'll not get a job at Barca. Just doesn't fit their style and Barca wouldn't tolerate his and Raiola's antics.
But he'd get one at Real, absolutely no doubt about that, while Zidane's there. And, let's face it, Real is all about Drama Queens and Pogba would fit into that role perfectly.

Including him in the tour is a mistake. He should be fined and made to rot in the reserves.

He's nowhere near a Silva though. Silva has an appreciation of space and time that Pogba can only dream of. He has the physical traits of a Gerrard moreso than a Silva and he was groomed as that type of player when he was in the youth teams here.
When he left for Italy, he wasn't an obvious long-term fit for any of the two main midfield spots occupied by Pirlo, Marchisio, and later Vidal, and was instead the third man in midfield with license to bomb forward - again, not much different to Gerrard.
When he came back, he was meant to be the player we built around - a la Gerrard at Liverpool c.2004 but because he couldn't (or seemingly wouldn't) work in double pivot, that plan fell by the wayside and Jose went down the route of Sanchez. When Jose burned his bridges, Pogba was again given the keys to the team and was fantastic for two months playing in a Gerrard/Robson/Keane-lite role where he picked up the ball in deep positions, distributed it and bombed on. Again, the polar opposite to Silva and more like Gerrard.
He's not someone to build the team around and the fact that he still has these inconsistencies in application and effort at near enough the age of 27 reflects poorly on him as a player and a professional.
Zidane might have these dreams of getting Pogba to be the best player in Europe, but considering he's building his new project around two temperamental geniuses in Pogba and Hazard, who only turn up when they feel like it (and in the case of Hazard) can have whole seasons where they are phoning it in, makes me think his project is doomed to fail. Maybe he can fluke a CL or two, but in the age of VAR that's looking pretty unlikely as well.

Pogba wasn't laughing at any point, smirking is in no way laughing. He hasn't featured in any official photo from the club or players. Why you continue to put every bit of what's going on as pure coincidence is absolutely beyond me.

Doesn't look good. I wish Pogba and Lukaku weren't on this tour. They don't want to be there and I don't want to watch them put on our shirt when they have been so disrespectful of it this summer. Feels like there is a lot of potential for toxic drama and I expect both players to leave anyway so their fitness/tactical integration is just going to be a waste of time.
