My re-action too.Vomits
My re-action too.Vomits
Mom spaghetti100% wish him well. Never worked out for him here and he could of at times offered more but this is not a club you want to offer the prime of your football career to. Look at the ambition of the club, if City finished 6th, would they have signed a couple of unproven young lads? Would they have recruited a manager from a Norwegian league even if he was a club legend? We already lost 2 midfielders which haven't been replaced and are linked with a young lad from Newcastle who's played a handful of first team games...
Lewis Hamilton no matter how good he is, still needs a good team around him and a great car. If he hadn't, he's winning feck all. Pogs you leave with my blessing....
Question for you : Has Pogba put in a transfer request? I am guessing not. Mino wouldn`t want any reduction in his "prize" I guess?
Great player or not. He or Him+Raiola are absolute poision for your club.
(Last post today, still on training wheels)
cheers
I've talked about this phenomenon for a while now. It's happening in other sports as well. I think the rise of player empowerment is contributing to it, as well as fans being able to get closer to players through social media.
I wouldn't be surprised if star player forums start to emerge, like the Pogba forum.
It's not weak management. We give potential buyers leverage if we declare that he can't play for us. His value would drop immediately. This is what Raiola is trying to do with his statements; no need to help him.Instead he gives him more time off and permission to join pre season training late. Well just in time to catch the flight to Australia. Pathetic, that really does sound like weak management to me, treat him the same as every one else or show him the door, don’t give him more time off as though he’s deserving of it.
I think the club is in terminal decline.
Stand by for more tears this coming season, and they won’t be tears of joy.
No, but to say you need a quality team around you to perform is utter bollocks.
I've already used the example of Robson for us in the 80s, and Gerrard for yourselves in noughties.
.
I will tell you now categorily, that pogba will never grace the playing fields of Real or Barca unless as an opposing team player.

This would be more joyful than the 99 CL final! This would be my dream public Ole take on it:
"I'm not sure Juventus are in for him (smiles) or if they're just trying to look good being linked to yet another big name (big grin). With Real, I'm not sure the club is totally backing Zizou (little Ole laugh), but I'm happy to let Pogba leave for 150M (reluctant smile). If clubs won't come up with that fee, he can fight for his place (big smile) and if he's unhappy, he can always play for the reserves (little Ole laugh). No one is bigger than the club (serious smile). And any disrespect for the club will be met with fines (reluctant big smile)."
Let's hope so, this madness needs to stop. There is definitely something going on behind the scenes.
The lack of Pogba on all social media pictures by Manchester United is significant! Very significant.
He's our most marketing wise popular player. You simply can't not put him on social media without a cause.
He's off. No question about that anymore. Just hope we get a good amount for him.
He's not a Gerrard or Robson though. I don't just mean in terms of stature but also type of player.
IMO he has more in common with players like David Silva. He can do the bare minimum water carrying to play in midfield, but he's no Roy of the rovers and if the rest of the midfield isn't doing their job (and a bit of his) don't expect him to carry their burden.
Give him the ball with willing runners around him though, and he can make things happen, both in midfield and close to goal.
I am sure there is plenty to criticise about him as well, but I do think part of the problem is that everyone, Pogba probably included, is trying to make him a kind of player that he is not really suited to be.
He'll never get a job at Barca - Barca and Barca's players are everything that Pogba isn't.
One thing which might help is if we send him out on loan with a ' Compulsory Buy Clause '
Gets some money in for us now and gets him off our payroll and, more importantly, out of our club instead of having to put up with him for another 12 months until Real or Juve have scraped together enough cash or PSG can get round FFP yet again.
You said Real or Barca, even though Real have been actively trying to sign him, pretty sure Barca were too last summer. Seems an odd statement to make
No....I said he'll not get a job at Barca. Just doesn't fit their style and Barca wouldn't tolerate his and Raiola's antics.
But he'd get one at Real, absolutely no doubt about that, while Zidane's there. And, let's face it, Real is all about Drama Queens and Pogba would fit into that role perfectly.

It's not. We should take every penny of his market cost and no one can match it this summer. Flaunt him to clubs like Psg too who can pay.
Totally agree - need to turn this around - publicly state you can go for £150m - keep him away from the first team squad and play hardball. Let Madrid keep stirring up shit with Raiola and Marca and lets go an get a replacement(s).
It’s clear to see the tactic that Pogba and Raiola are going to take - talk of going on strike etc will soon follow - I’d love us to make an example of him and keep him in the reserves until January - we really do need him out of the club if we are to restart a fresh rebuild - there is no point having him around the 1st team as his negativity and ego will be detrimental to all.
Yes he’s a good player - but not as good as he thinks he is - he’s not a good teammate though and as Mou once said - he is a Virus...
He's nowhere near a Silva though. Silva has an appreciation of space and time that Pogba can only dream of. He has the physical traits of a Gerrard moreso than a Silva and he was groomed as that type of player when he was in the youth teams here. He's not a Gerrard or Robson though. I just predicted you're future mate. I admire the stance you are making on Pogba but you really do have the blinkers on. Out of interest, who is you're 2nd and 3rd favourite player and is this little football club worthy of their presence?Viera shares a lot of similarities with Pogba. He sees his former self in Pogba and want to help him to become the best player in the world and not be wasted as DM.
And Viera is Pogba's idol ( Viera is the idol of all the frenchmen born after the 80s btw )
Pogba and Viera is a match made in heaven. He should have signed for PSG in 2019, he already made a mistake, I can't see him miss the train a second time
Taking him on tour is a mistake for me.
He needs to be fined and kept away from the 1st team.
Agree with your points. He's made a media circus out of us.
He's not worthy training with our reserves

Noticed this as well.
However, I imagine we're just trying to stop the image of a sad looking Pogba be circulated. Woodward is probably still insistent on keeping the spoilt brat!
There's also the fact that he seems to be actively fighting with players now. Look at the 10 second mark in this clip:

By all accounts that's (hopefully) his quiet persona.Poor AWB really did look like the new boy in his first day at a new school. Billy no mates
Outrightly spitting in frustration is a normal behaviour to you as well, again in a fully public manner and knowing this is being posted? Do you live with a blindfold in front of your eyes or something like that? You honestly got that from that video clip (where later he's seen laughing)?
This thread is getting very RAWKish
I'm glad you finally dropped the silly notion that Pogba was rebelling by not putting on his blazer. Even you saw how silly that line of reasoning was. But it seems like now you are latching on to this. You sure do like to jump to conclusions.Outrightly spitting in frustration is a normal behaviour to you as well? Do you live with a blindfold in front of your eyes or something like that?
Pogba wasn't laughing at any point, smirking is in no way laughing. He hasn't featured in any official photo from the club or players. Why you continue to put every bit of what's going on as pure coincidence is absolutely beyond me.
I reckon the sponsors decided that, not anyone at the club.Taking him on tour is a mistake for me.
