I believe that Ole wants to get us up there challenguing for titles and also think he would like to get rid of the deadwood. I think that Woody is holding back and then going to try to use Ole as a fall guy if things don't go to plan because Woody hasn't given him the correct platform to build from.

If Ole is covering for Woodward then he is lying to the fans. There are no two ways about it. If Woodward is fecking about and Ole exposes that people will riot if Ole is fired. So Ole holds the cards.

Well, he has the dribbling ability of a select few. He can hit long range crosses almost like Scholes. He can shoot from distance and he can score from headers. He is impressively strong and he is surprisingly fast as well as very agile for his size. These are all attributes that few have. The thing is, he rarely makes use of his abilities, and certainly not consistently.

I see people saying that football has changed, that you don't get the Scholes / Neville types these days who are happy to put their club first and show loyalty and respect. But I don't think that's true.
Perhaps there are less of these types about these days but they're there for sure, we just need to be better as a club in identifying the right mentalities. That's what this rebuild is for me above all else - rebuilding a strong, committed and healthy mentality at the club.
If that means getting shot of Pogba, Martial, Lukaku, or anybody who doesn't get with the program then so be it.

I was one of the biggest Pogba supporters on this forum, but I have no sympathy for him and his situation. Hopefully we won’t consider lowball offers, he’ll have to play well if he wants a move next summer. He doesn’t deserve any understanding from our officials like, for example, Ronaldo did.
