Ok guys as suggested, I got a PS4 Slim 1TB model. I also got a Fifa 17 with the system which is great. But, Ive been trying to get online and consistently get this error: WS 37397-9 error saying my IP is banned? I don't understand. I tried contacting the @AskPlayStation who told me contact my ISP to change my IP address. And I did, and now the error is back again. Reddit didn't help either. Any way around this?

If it's not you that's cheating, you do need to change your Ip address.
I'm sure there are ways to do this, but I don't know how other than... restart router multiple times, etc.

I live in Nepal. You guys won't know of local provider here. But as I said, I did that as well. I don't understand why my IP would get banned when I don't even have a PS+ account.
If your isp uses dynamic ip then its possible the previous owner of that ip was banned. Keep restarting your router and see if you are assigned a new ip.
What a pain in the a$$. The thing is, it is not permanent. At times, I can log in, and most times I cannot.
Just Cause 3 is great fun, not sure why it got a bad rap review wise.
If its a long term problem, you might need a vpn. You could do it for free if you had a friend with good internet, although you will still need the right hardware.
How would a VPN work with PS+?

What's the best cheap Playstation 4 controller? Not arsed about it being fancy/vibrating and shit, it's just so I can thrash the lad at Pro Evo. That's the only time it'll be used, which is why I resent paying £40-50 for official jobby.
A cheap $3 chinese PC usb controller works in mine. Dunno if you get those where you live.

On Friday I had an E-mail saying my user I.D had changed (which I didn't do). So today I phoned up told them the problem and I got sorted, sent an e-mail for me to change the password when I changed it came up with error and kicked me out, clicked on request new password, asked for my D.O.B or Place of birth but keeps saying it's not correct. I even had to give the guy on the phone my d.o.b so I know I didn't have to lie about it.

Family on PSN
We’re overhauling the current master/sub-account system, and introducing the new “Family on PlayStation Network.” This new system will offer a more flexible experience for families on PS4 by making it easier to setup PSN accounts for children and customize parental control settings. Below are the new features that will be introduced with family on PSN:
Family Manager, Parent/Guardian
Family on PSN will allow multiple adults to be part of a single family. The Family Manager can promote another adult inside the family to a Parent/Guardian, who can then customize parental control levels of children’s accounts.
Individualized Parental Controls
Before this update, the same parental controls were applied to all users on the same console, including adults. But with 5.00, all controls (including game age ratings) can be individually attuned for each child.
Friend List Management
In place of the current ‘Favorite Groups’ tab, we’re adding a new ‘Custom Lists’ tab within Friends, which allows you to create and edit custom lists of your friends. This makes it easier for you to manage your friends and access specific groups. For example, you can create a custom list of your Destiny teammates and easily send them raid invites.
Broadcast feature updates
Communities
If you own a community, you can now bind your community to your broadcast. When a broadcast is linked to a community, the community button appears on the Live from PlayStation spectator screen. Once a spectator clicks on the community button, they’ll be able to jump directly to your community page to check out the details.
PlayStation VR
We’ve added a new setting in PlayStation VR: Display Message to Spectators and Spectators’ Comments. Once this is enabled, spectator comments sent during a broadcast is displayed not only in cinematic mode, but also in VR mode. This makes it much easier for VR broadcasters to keep up on comments and communicate with their viewers.
PlayStation 4 Pro
Good news Twitch users: with this update, PS4 Pro will support 1080p 60fps streaming on Twitch.
Messages Improvements
You’ve already been able to share your favorite music to Twitter and Facebook via PlayStation Music, but now you’ll also be able to share via messages using your PS4. If your friends are on PS4, they can listen to the track right inside the message by booting up Quick Menu, and if they’re on their mobile device, they can jump directly to the Spotify app from the PS Messages app to check out the song.
In addition, if you’re part of multiple message groups, you can now easily leave several groups at once. Just open up Options in the message list, select Leave, and choose the message groups you want to leave.
Notifications Updates
We’ve added a new setting that allows you to disable pop-up notifications while you’re watching a movie or TV show on your PS4. This setting is off by default, so go to Settings > Notifications to disable notifications and go uninterrupted during your videos.
Lastly, you’ll have the option to change the color of your pop-up notifications to either white (default) or black.
Quick Menu Updates
If you want to keep an eye out on what’s happening under Notifications, like the progress of your game downloads/installations or new party invites, you can now access this directly from the Quick Menu so you don’t have to step away from your game every time you want to check your notifications.
Also, we’ve added a ‘Leave Party’ option in the Quick Menu, so you can easily exit a party and go right back to playing your game.
In addition, now you’ll see the system clock in the upper-right corner of the screen when you pop open the Quick Menu.
Virtual Surround Sound on PS VR
PlayStation VR now supports 5.1ch and 7.1ch virtual surround sound on your headphones when watching Blu-rays and DVDs in Cinematic Mode, making for an even more immersive viewing experience

Can we change out psn names yet?
When the PS5 comes out
No and I doubt it will be when the PS5 comes out. This has nothing to do with consoles. It's more to do with how they setup PSN when they originally created it.
If anybody was considering buying Ark Survival for ps4, amazon have got the season pass edition for an extra £1 at £45. It's still £70 or £75 for PC and Xbox One.

Supposed to be getting full release on the 29th I think. It still has bugs, but is a much better game.
For that kind of money? And the fact they ignore the fan base for simple fixes?

I haven't finished it yet! Would be up for carrying on the coop - that was a lot of fun. And as you said - each level took forever!!
Yeah, just give me a shout whenever you fancy it. Took me around 2 hours for a mission last night and ended up going guns blazing half the time. Much easier on coop, basically it was made for coop imo.
Completely agree - and it is so much better when you do take your time and try to go unseen.

Aye, it's brilliant. Binoculars out, tagging enemies, scouting the area. Timing the large gunshot sounds to mask your own, taking a good 15-20 mins before your attack on the 1st of 20 outposts.
You're ready, your plan is about to go into action. You crouch, get the target in your sights, empty lung, and pull the trigger. BAM you've fecking missed! The alarm is raised, flares rain down on your position and the mortars start to fire! Absolute chaos ensues so running and gunning is the only option. When you finally get clear and are just about to safety... MINEFIELD!!! You're dead. Try again.
