Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang| ESPN: Move to PSG very close

What about making a good offer to Cavani. He must be tired of PSG.
Would be awesome to have a cavani calibre striker.

He is probably loving it right now. Got their Golden Boot, and is finally playing as a nine.

85m for a 28 year old player is not a bargain.
Its a full price but his goal stats probably justifies it. If he scores 30 goals a season no one will care about the price. Probably has 3 more years at the highest level and hes quick and lean so he should age well. I wouldn't think twice at that price. For me hes preferable to belotti.

He was just live streaming on Instagram wearing a Napoli shirt whilst his mates danced to the Harlem Shake song in his garage wearing a Bayern and Monaco shirt.

Apparently on his way to PSG and my god what a fecking waste. He could play in Spain or England but he chooses France like many other greats hes wasted there imo.

Cavani and Aubameyang? Are they gonna go 4-4-2?

£60m is great price. To think Torino are talking about Griezmann money for Belotti and Everton are saying £100m for Lukaku and a confirmed, top class striker goes for that. Is it just because we're involved that the prices seem so high? PSG have a lot of money too.

Find it strange that more teams aren't involved in this, especially at that price.

We could do a whole lot worse.

Ozil not going to be PSG then.

Could be Cavani and Aubameyang up top with Draxler and Di Maria out wide and Guedes, Ben Arfa, Moura, Pastore among the attacking back-ups. If they all stay.

There was talk about Cavani going back to Napoli

If he does stay I suspect he'll move back out to the left like he did when Zlatan was there

Grrrrr... the only one I was prepared to go full muppet on.

On the plus side a relaxing summer ahead, not really worried about who we sign now.

Did he actually hate playing on the left or was that only talk?

If he's going to move, why shouldn't we be in for him? What does the caf think of Cavani for £45m?

I thought he would be perfect for our counter-attack system that Jose's trying to implement, even more so than Greizman. Not often a striker of this calibre becomes available, then again Dortmund players havent exactly travelled well after leaving the club...

Makes sense, Real have clearly targeted Mbappe as their next forward signing and he gets a move back to France on ridiculous wages. I doubt he'd choose a club in the PL over PSG.

Dortmund getting rich every transfer window.. Who will join them?
I think they've been rinsed here. I mean it seems utterly mind boggling to talk of 70mill that way. But given his goal scoring record and prowess I expected a much much higer fee. Surprised no PL clubs matched it, and equally surprised hes content to play in Ligue 1. Nothing against the league but I figured he'd want to play in a league with the exposure his talent deserves.

Doesnt his family live in Paris? I am not surprised he is going to PSG, only Real had a better chance to get him. He is basically a Frenchman that gets paid quite well there and can be closer to his family.

That's a good price in this market. I'm really surprised that are not more clubs in for him.

Not sure any other club is willing to pay his wages? Not that I have idea what they are paying him just something looks wrong when there seems to be so little interest in him.

£61 million and only on 168k a week (according to reports) that's an absolute steal in today's market.

Wasted career move for him though, completely unambitious.

If this means he isn't going to Liverpool then all good! Deadly player.

Really? Look at PSG squad, they can go far in CL.

If one of them plays on the wing it will probably be Aubameyang, he's done it before and seems more suited for the position.

Very disappointing we're not in for him considering he's a prolific and clinical finisher. Hopefully this means Jose is going for Mbappe.

This - big step down in my eyes. Money talks though hey?
