It's what you would expect from Tom though, such a gentleman. I think the year he lost the Open to Stewart feckin Cink was the most unhappy I have ever been about any golfing result.
It was a tough ask for him to perform so well for 4 days in a row, but I so wanted him to win. Would have been so deserved. It's been a joy to watch, great fun, really relaxed, fun commentary and some amazing golf shots. As I said, the greens and pins are set up for holes in one, especially the 2nd and 8th, but even so, 9 holes in one is amazing, nearly double the previous record.
Fowler's group looked a good laugh. Especially mic'd up.
