I love the idea that Woodward would get on a plane, fly to Barcelona, travel to the football club, knock on somebody's door, ask them how much for Pedro, listen for an answer then get back in the waiting cab and head back to the airport.
That and the conversation with his missus when he eventually gets home... "Haven't you heard of fecking email?!"
He could of course been over to convince Pedro to join. He may been having some doubts about joining and Woody has went over to iron those out, it obviously hasn't went well as Pedro is starting tonight.

I doubt a player will be talking with another club's CEO on eve of a match in which he is starting. If any convincing is needed, it will be LvG who will be doing it. It is all bit of speculation from social media right now.

I originally thought that and then I left the room and came back and Sky were bleating on about Pedro setting the goal up. Pedro was behind Suarez.
