Lots of shouts in there that Pedro isn't very creative...

Because he's not. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. But with Schweinsteiger/Mata/Herrera, we do have players who could thread passes between the lines to him if he makes those runs he's great at.Lots of shouts in there that Pedro isn't very creative...
The bit in bold doesn't make him creative.I would disagree with the notion that he's not very creative? He's created more goals for Messi than anybody else in the last 5 years! I'd say that's pretty creative. He's also very good at creating space for people so the likes of Mata and Memphis would benefit from having him in the team.
He's not the most creative player really, he's more of a team player and a goalscorer. He makes great runs in behind, and his off the ball movement and link up play and finishing are his best assets. He's not going to be the one playing the splitting through passes or anything like that though, or dribbling past player after player like Sanchez or Hazard. A lot more just passing it around players is what he does.Lots of shouts in there that Pedro isn't very creative...

He's creative in terms of his off the ball movement I guess, but when people think creativity, they usually think of players playing the splitting through passes or picking out the mans making the runs, not the actual players who make the runs. What you've just described makes him creative though. He's always in a position the recieve the ball and his first
touch is better than almost anyone in our team. He makes it easy for the 'creative' players.

Sure about that? Yes he can finish off moves but I also feel he can create plenty of chances.Pedro is a finisher/player to play the final ball, not a creator.
But that's exactly what we need. He'd complement Herrera and/or Mata brilliantly.
Sanchez is not much of a creator either. He's someone who finishes moves, he doesn't start them.
I agree and he is a better acquisition than De Bryune for £50m since, City already has Silva who is very similar to Bryune. I hope he comes to United and if he does, that will be a great addition to our team.
There's a big difference between Pedro playing a simple short pass to Messi and now to Rooney, Messi will do something and get Pedro an assist, Rooney will receive the ball and then run about 10 yards trying to get it under control by which point the attack is dead.

Alexis is more creative but when your team only gets 2/3 chances I'd fancy Pedro to be the triggerman.
United seem to be the only team in for him. As usual, it appears Balague was talking nonsense with the City stuff. Not sure why Pedro is taking so long to make his decision, although The Guardian (the only reliable football related media IMO) have reported he's second guessing the move after seeing how LVG treats some of his players. Guardian also have no mention of the so-called City bid, as don't BBC.
Ha Ha .... have they got to meet you in O'Neil's to pick the tickets upPedro will play his last game tonight and then will fly to Manchester tomorrow and will be in the stands for the United game tomorrow night. His agent contacted me directly to get him some tickets for the match for himself and Pedro.

Sorry, had to be done for the good of the club. So think of it this way, your sacrifice is instrumental in Pedro arriving.Oh nice one -you know full well there's life long local supporters like me on here who can't get tickets, and you go and sort out some JCL OOTs wth a pair. Prick.
Jamie Jackson who wrote that is not reliable.United seem to be the only team in for him. As usual, it appears Balague was talking nonsense with the City stuff. Getting deja vu here. Haven't the last 3 games supposedly been his "last game in a Barca shirt"???Pedro will play his last game tonight and then will fly to Manchester tomorrow and will be in the stands for the United game tomorrow night. No one here takes Jamie Jackson seriously..he was the one that said the ADM wasnt happening or something, and then it was announced the next day..and he called our manager a bellend tooUnited seem to be the only team in for him. At least he'll come with "match rhythm".
He can never be assured of playing time there as long as the trio are fit. Enrique himself said if one of them is injured, he is the next option which means he isn't going to start most games.I hope he's not the only deal we're working on as I'm still in the camp that he's using us for recognition. He'll come out saying he's been reassured of his playing time and now wants to finish his career there.
