Haven't people been calling Ducker a shit source all summer or is that another British journo?

For once, the club is acting with some sense and getting their priorities right.
Until the Italian journo's come out with the reports later saying that things are still on and a deal is super close.
Then again, i really don't know what to believe anymore, it's a case of if it happens, it happens, if it doesn't, it doesn't. We move on

I'll take "Elvis' weekend activities" for $800 please.

If true then by all means that’s acceptable from the club, we are now stuck with Lukaku for another year where he now knows he’s not first choice and has basically been held out of pre season.
Can't see that happening. Lukaku's gone even if we don't get anybody in. He's burnt his bridges.

I think this will be done. We’ve had the same stuff with Maguire. He’s probably demanding too much. Rightly so if we tell him his demands won’t be met.
Maguire always wanted to join and didn't have unrealistic demands.

I believe he will join you guys. Absolutely no way he stays in juve after the way they have been treating him. Maybe my desperation speaking but I would rather you guys be strong and win the league than Liverpool, just dont think I can bare it, I have a feeling city won't have the hunger to hold them off again after winning twice and we not in the position to challenge with our transfer ban and team full of youth. So "GO UTD GO" I guess

Damn, I’m pretty gutted to be honest.

I bet we end up with nobody else after Maguire now.

If he's really as loved by Juve fans as much as I've heard, they might be shouting his name and booing Ronaldo next season. Sounds like chaos and not something the club or Sarri need. Juve really need him gone.

Let’s see what the Italian journalists say to it. He’s not making a good career choice by staying. What’s going to happen with Lukaku? We need rid of him.

Ogden is shit these days, Ducker still gets his fair share right as far as I know?

Just checked the twitter thread and yeah plenty in there were calling him shit and asking him to be a banned source

Not being funny but Maguire is coming from Leicester City Dybala is coming from Juventus. I’m sure you can see the parallels and wage difference between the two.

We won't get anyone else in other than Maguire and truth be told we are absolutely miles off still. Very poor transfer window.

Being stuck with Lukakus is the worse thing, his value is going to go right down next season if he ain't in ole's plans.

Not gutted at all. He's quality but ever since the media started reporting he does not want to be here I've had my reservations about him.
He'll probably stay on the bench this season and be sold cheap to PSG next year. Not want anyone so ambitionless anywhere near Utd.

Not surprised nor am I disappointed. Argentine being pushed out of current club with no major desire to join United. Oh, and he is demanding massive wages. Sound familiar?

I'm 100% behind Olly wanting players who are fully committed to playing for this club. We simply can't afford to buy disinterested players on long contracts with massive wages anymore.

It would have been a great move for both Dybala and United. Can't do much when he has such limited ambition to prove himself.

take inters money for lukaku now

Lukaku is as good as gone. Both Napoli and Inter want him.

We shouldn’t be upset if Dybala really didn’t want to join. The problem is, these days it’s hard to believe media one bit, they can (and usually do) lie wherever possible to hide the truth. There may be various reasons that we may never know :(

If the club has decided to bail or if Dybala decides he doesn't want to come then that's fair enough really.

This could be face saving from us cause he's refused to sign for us

The only thing confusing me at the moment is how are the Telegraph the only ones to be reporting this? It's clearly not a brief, and it's using their own "sources". Have they looked at the stories in Italy about him returning to training tomorrow and him apparently saying to his agent he doesn't want to leave and made something from it?
Just find it weird how no one else has reported anything at the moment
