I'm worried about you Kill 'em all and how seriously you might take your own username if things don't pan out how you want in the next few days.

Christ. I've been worried about him for weeks!

My username is a reference to a Metallica album! I'm harmless!

I think I shall retire from this thread until we know if Pogba went to England or Italy. :)

You're asking how it got from "deal virtually agreed in principle apart from some elements of the payments" 5 days ago to "deal is virtually agreed between clubs" now?

Well, skippy, I'd say there's really not a big leap between those 2 articles at all.

Maybe you should go ahead and wait to see where he actually flies before writing off these stories.

Hang on, the point of his post was to highlight that Sky said he was coming today and PLENTY on here jumped and that bandwagon - in fact I was called an attention seeker for saying it was BS as they never had it as a main story.

Now they are saying Juve have reported him to go back and they havent even mentioned their original Saturday claim.

So they did jump the gun and they aren't to be trusted and that's what is being pointed out.

I can only speak for myself, but I don't remember being all that sure of Hazard coming, in fact of all these summer sagas, this is the only one where I've been certain because it's overwhelmingly obvious.
yeah with sniejder it never looked like we had any intention of matching his wages, fabregas never looked like he wanted to come of the club wanted to sell, vidal seem more like fans hoping then anything else, with hazard thier was always competition......

the Pogba deal seems to have gone further down the road then any of them. so im more confident we will get Pogba more then any of them. still not 100% it will happen we seem to have been at a stale mate about Raiola fee for weeks, but thats just a guess.

The headline is very improtant. "Paul Pogba returning to Juventus as Manchester United transfer talks continue" and you choose to ignore it.
And again, they have no idea where he's going, they're going by what Allegri said before. They're saying they're using their own sources when it's clear they're not

If he doesn't sign by September the 1st, it's all over.

Seriously though, If I were a muppet I'd start worrying if this thing doesn't move by next Friday.

The MEN article that states jose expects pogba to be in the UK is the one I think is the most interesting.

Fingers crossed it is right, if it isn't and Pogba does go to Italy to train that would be very strange.

As previously explained the Hazard deal was exceptionally close and broke down on the agent fees. Everything else was agreed.

This thread is going negative again. We need a sighting of Pogba at Manchester airport to get the spirits up

For every post I've noticed you make in this thread!

No offence intended, it just made me laugh that I saw you overreacting to another tidbit of negative gossip. Especially two pieces of contradictory information from the same source, which shows they don't have a fecking clue anyway!

I'm not sure why people thing it's strange?
van Persie was training with Arsenal and even playing in their matches when we were negotiating for him. Berbatov trained with Spurs and if i remember rightly, he threatened to go on strike or something like that, i can't quite remember. Still, we were linked with him for a while and negotiating. Yes they say a deal is done, but as i said, is it a verbal deal whilst paperwork is being done? Who knows. None of us here have any inside knowledge of how a transfer works and what needs to be done (as far as i'm aware, if anyone does, they keep quiet about it)

No. Sneijder was nothing like this.

And you could be right with your second point but lets be honest here, and I really don't want to offend you but..., you're glass is always half empty :)

No offence taken. I wholeheartedly agree with you that I'm generally negative about these things :)

Which was his point.

Do we know when he's expected to leave NY?
This thread will be epic if he indeed flies to Turin.

Those players deals were being negotiated.

People on here keep saying done deal etc, if it was just paperwork there is no way he would need to go to training. No chance.

It might be sorted before Monday, if not and if he does go back then none of us would have predicted that this time last week.

Remember you were also convinced Mourinho wasn't coming.
People should relax and enjoy the ride as we've had a good window so far. If we get Pogba too, it's been a fantastic window.

Fecks sake.

I just pointed out that Ballague wasn't the only journo to say he prefered Madrid and if they were an option he would have chosen them.

Blimey.

You know what I find absolutely hilarous? Is how you and others slate Di Marzio and anyone that has reported that the deal is going to completed.. But take anyone who said Pogba prefers Madrid to us as 100% fact

Jog on you WUM.

There is absolutely no more substance to this story than thiago. He might come, he might not but anyone who thinks it is done seriously needs to take a step back.

Been out all day. Missed anything?
Allegri has said he's told Pogba and Evra to return to Turin on Monday and to report for training as Pogba is a Juventus player.
Cue thread going to shit as people think the deal is no way near done and if he does report for training, deal is off.
Apart from that, no nothing new

I don't need to defend myself over him preferring Madrid over us, I wouldn't even need to read an article to think that way.

It's obvious.

No, neither the positive or the negative camp managed to convert any from the other side but there have been some really good efforts.

You say that like its a bunch of priests in Age Of Empires going to battle.
