Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

Its baffling how anyone can suggest "he wouldn't want to come back".

He would swim back for the sort of payday, prestige and challenege we can offer versuses staying in the dire Serie A and collecting his fifth league title in a row.

Only questions are 1) who else wants him and how determined are they (particularly Real), and 2) does he prefer them?

He will be back. Jose has it lined up. Man was chilling with a book in January about a plan to fix us and the formula/ players it would take. Ibra is all but signed. Looks like we are getting your boy from Dortmond?? Pogba??

De Gea
Rashford
Martial
Shaw
Rooney
Carrick
Smalling
Schwienstiger(spelling?)

That is a hell of a squad and I have left off quite a few names.

Juventus has good young players and unfinished business in CL. Pogba is part of that. Juventus is huge. You could have said the same thing about Boniek or Platini 30 odd years ago.
I really think this ship sailed 4 years ago. We were stupid for going out of our way to avoid giving him games. Juventus players could see the first time he hit the training track that he had the quality to improve their team. He was discriminated against in England because of his age. Whereas he should have been duly chosen to play on his merits. Get over it.

We've been desperate to blow a world record fee on a player since we tried to buy Bale the summer he moved to Madrid. Since then, we've been turned down for Muller and Neymar, fairly predictably.

I see this mob saying yes though. I also see Madrid (quite sensibly) not committing to that kind of fee on Pogba.

This is on.

Patrice will be practically pushing him back through the door! Get convincing him lad

We weren't turned down by Muller and Neymar would be even more expensive. A very complicated move. The big reason we can't get Muller is because even though we could tempt him, Munch don't want to be seen as our bitch lol. So I would agree with you on Pogba. For me it's 50/50 and mostly dependent on if Juventus will sell.

I've heard that we're very confident of securing Pogba's services. We're hoping that acting faster than the Flash on diet pills will be enough to get our man.

A muppet on Bluemoon heard a rumour the deal is in place. Apparently from a sponsor of Rooneys (God knows)
You would think Pogba would need to score his first goal for us for them to believe we could sign him.

No it's not in place but we're confident that we can strike a deal. Tell that muppet to go love himself.

How annoying will it be if we buy Morata from Real which would then allow them to buy Pogba from under our noses?

What happened at the meeting between Raiola and Juventus? Thought it happened on Monday but there are no stories on it.

A few stories floating around Twitter to say Juve said they do not want to sell and that Pogba has told Raiola that he does not want to go back to Manchester.

There was, Juve said he is not for sale but will listen to offers. Whatever that means.

Dortmund said Micky wasnt for sale and look how that is looking to end...

I don't think we have much of a chance here but if we can get him then I'm not bothered by how much it costs.

Adding Pogba, Mkhitaryan and Zlatan to our front six would give us a great chance of winning the league if they clicked.

I think there are few ways how this will pan out, he'll either sign a new contract at Juve, sign for Madrid because let's face it when them feckers want a player they generally get them, or Leicester will drop their interest in Deeney and sign Pogba who will say it's always the club he's dreamed of playing for.

I really don't see him ending up at United but the caveat to that is his brother apparently still lives in Manchester so...

Dealing with Juventus is even more of a pain in the ass than with Levy. I haven't much hope for this.

Thank you for that Captain Obvious.

I would be very surprised if he resigns with juve. Won everything he can out there, where's the motivation to stay?

I reckon his preferred move is Madrid, but whether Perez will stump up a world record fee for him is another thing. We all know woody is ready to make it rain.

You're move Perez.

Plus would Juventus be able to pay him £250k a week?
