Why Juv can ignore the clause in THEIR contract with Raiola and refuse to pay the % of agent fees that THEY AGREED WITH RAIOLA? Then why sign contract to start with?
Juve taking shots at pogba?
Who knows what's going on behind the scenes. For all we know, both Madrid and us could have been negotiating with Juve. It's not like every transfer dealing gets leaked. Juve stands to gain by playing us off against Madrid in a bidding war.None of Marcotti's conclusions from the agent fee stand off make sense. You're telling me that the reluctant Madrid is gonna come in and make a 150 mil bid to pay Juventus and Raiola when Marca have been talking about how they have no need for Pogba for the last couple of weeks? Or that if RM come in, the agent will waive his fee (doesn't sound at all like Raiola)? Even then, it's hard to see RM forking out 120 mil unless they sell James who came out and said he was staying.
They're not ignoring it. They're willing to pay it, as long as their share is still what they value Pogba at, which seems to be 120 million. Technically, they havent't done anything wrong, it's just really inconvenient. Why Juv can ignore the clause in THEIR contract with Raiola and refuse to pay the % of agent fees that THEY AGREED WITH RAIOLA? The uprising of Casemiro may have reduced their "urge" to sign Pogba.I am sure Real have the money to buy Pogba, but they don't seem to have the will to do so at the prices being quoted right now. They have a strong team as it is, and they may not feel Pogba is not worth that kind of money to them.
IMO I think Raiola's "20% cut" clause is causing all the problems. Why would Juve want to pay someone who is backing their player to leave for another club? Juve wants the full transfer fee, and I think they couldn't care less what Raiola makes (or not) from this deal.
That's why in a normal situation, it's the buying club that pays the agent fees anyway.
Pogba is just as talented if not more talented than Bale. So whats the difference? If anything Pogba is a proven winner with 4 serie A titles under his belt by age 23. What did Bale do at the same age with Spurs?
Weird, considering they don't play the same position. The uprising of Casemiro may have reduced their "urge" to sign Pogba.

They don't play the same role. Which was a critical role that gave them balance in midfield. The uprising of Casemiro may have reduced their "urge" to sign Pogba.
Rubbish.
Well if Raiola really does take care of his clients, he would have meant these words :

Here even when new mentions Pogba liking Zidane, He mentions other clubs including it us:
Why is that Rubbish? Bale went up a notch to his current level, since playing for a better team, why can't Pogba do the same?
Bale was the best player in the PL when he was sold to Madrid. If we buy Pogba back he won't even be the best player in Manchester.

Was he not the standout player in Italy
So similar to Bale not even being the best player in Madrid? Says nothing basically.
Do agree with your original argument though. At least at this stage.
That doesn't count for much now does it? When is the last time an Italian team won a European trophy?
An Italian team came quite close just recently to winning one. They're also a threat to the Prem losing out on a fourth CL berth. That doesn't count for much now does it? When is the last time an Italian team won a European trophy?

Exactly thisPlus they have to pay for other players, whether in installments or otherwise. Some people are acting like this year's payment to Napoli is all that they have to pay out.
Besides, the only thing that anyone has to go on about whether or not Juve can pay for Higuain and keep Pogba, is coming from Juve themselves. Which is exactly what you would expect them to sell. If I buy a new house down the road before I sell my old house, I'm not going to tell potential buyers of the old house that I need to hurry up and sell. I'm going to say that I'm thinking about keeping the old house, it has a lot of sentimental memories, maybe I'll put my in-laws there so that they're closer to their grand kids, etc. I sure as hell aren't telling them that I'm going to go bankrupt if I don't sell the house ASAP.
Higuain.What for?
No I don't. And with respect Bale only has Ronaldo ahead of him.

It doesn't matter because officially he was still considered the best. The biggest difference between two is that Bale was bought as a game changer with his goals +assists. His high numbers at Tottenham is the main reason his fee became huge, Pogba's has other elements making his transfer fee so big.Bale was not the best player in the Prem when he moved to Real.
RVP and Suarez were both better than him.
Bale's won the PFA player of the year twice in an undeserving manner.

Raiola's getting desperate for his money
