Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

You do know he's only 23 and still learning the game?

He's already arguably the most all rounded midfielder in the world.

Yes, he needs to improve on some aspects of his game, but that will come with experience.

What?

Not a bad player of course, but come on. Being most all-rounded is not even a desirable quality. He's all over the place but only anywhere near world class in the attacking third of the pitch. A young Yaya Toure.

Who would you say is?

Bare in mind I said 'all rounded'.

Technically brilliant, left or right footed. Don't understand the critisism from first half.

Most of the 'criticism' was actually just some posters not wanking themselves silly over a decent performance in the first half.

He hasn't exactly pulled up any trees tonight but he's a bloody good player and he's only a bairn really, in a couple of years he'll probably be a lot better, I'd love to have him back at United but I don't see it happening.

Pogba is annoying the crap out of me and i want france to lose. Somwtimes mate, its ok to just play a simple pass.

No one is saying he is bad after 45 minutes, people are actually criticising those who are saying that he's been great in this half based on one pass.

Gerrard coated by for years on his ability to hit long balls. No surprise Pogba is getting love for it.

Good performance but not a £100m performance. Pogba, to me, is more Gerrard/Lampard than Keane/Viera. His impact is in the final third, creating and scoring. He's not a midfield general. People just think he is because of his build.

Not for 80-100mill though, thats for sure.

He's potentially the next big star in world football. That alone is potentially worth a fortune to a club and that's why he'd deemed to be worth so much I suspect.

When players like Martial are going for the kind of sums he went for, it's hardly a shock he's valued like he is by Juventus.

To be fair he is also capable of scoring goals like that. But it was Payet's night.

Still maintain he's a Match of the day type of player. Isn't the type to dominate games. Payet has thoroughly embarrassed him tonight, the true star of the team.

I don't think the formation helps a player like Pogba. If he was playing 20 years ago in a two man midfield he'd be better. More central, more involved.

The best thing about international tournaments is when people say "don't buy players based on a handful of summer international games", then when the tournament rolls around people talk as if it's the only football they've ever played.

Being 23 doesn't stop him being completely over-hyped and overrated.

He just had a not so great game, doesn't mean he is overrated. Hes a brilliant player

I think we should do everything in our power to get him back to Manchester. He is exactly what we need, a creative midfielder capable of that last pass. However I think it's not going to happen and this will end up being the transfer saga of 2016. Juventus doesn't want to sell and it is very unlikely that he will move at all and if he does move then there is Real to contend with as well and they have Zidane who for a Frenchmen like Pogba must be a real pull. Although if he does go to Real it means that they will be selling some of their current midfielders. Getting Kroos for example would be brilliant for us.

Great player, but not worth the amount that's being discussed for him. That's the impression I always have of him. Of course, he still has plenty of time to improve.

Standard Pogba game, one or two good moments and useless the rest of the game.

Oh come on. There were people wanking over him tonight, bear in mind the bolded.

Pretty much this. Quick to judge players they barely have seen play all year.

It's pretty clear to anyone that watches him regularly that he's still developing and isn't the best midfielder in the world. The hype is there because of what he's capable of despite his age. He's not some complete fraud.
