Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

Did you not just sell Vidal last summer as an example, the first thing Juventus did when I first started watching was sell Baggio your national hero to Milan lol, then you had Vieri and sold him off, Inzaghi sold him off, brought in Ibrahimovic, then sold him off etc etc, Zidane? I really don't fancy going back over the last 20 years to pick out more honestly..
You've had like 4-5 untouchables, Del Piero, Nedved and Buffon among them but lets be real, most players at Juve have a price the directors will sell for.

Vidal Zidane wanted to leave... just like Ronaldo, Beckham wanted to leave.

The cocky Juve forums everywhere (not on that god damn juve forum), seems to be off from their high horses & have resigned to the fact that he would leave.
They are now wishing desperately that Madrid would make an offer & Pogba would join Real instead. Don't know why they would want to strengthen a direct CL rival.

Also, underrating of Pogba has begun by them. Now, they have started to call him inconsistent.

Which forums have you been to? Do you read Italian?

its so bloody daft ,i just dont get it

Okay, fair enough.
By the way, not all of them are behaving this way. A number of sane voices too, but a major lot of them are seriously acting bitter and childish towards United for some reason. They seem to be OK with Pogba going to Madrid, which i find very strange.

I seem to have missed that, could I get a brief summary please?
That apparently reliable Juve journo said Pogba to United is getting closer and the amount is closer to 125m including bonuses. Then Tancredi said we have raised the fee itself to 125m and then the agent fees of another 25m Euros.

There wont be updates for a while since its around 4:30am in Europe right now. So wait for a few more hours.

Will probably be sleeping then.

1st time thing tomorrow when I wake up though, this thread is popping up on my computer haha.

Thank you! Looks like this is happening

This thread has been popping for the past two weeks and this week is going to be biggest in this saga in terms of properly getting an answer so it will continue to go off.

Maybe not but the boost it ll give the whole squad is beyond anything. Signing Mou first, then Zlatan and Mkhi and now Pogba. Absolutely brilliant players coming here even though we dont have Champions League still proves we are a force to reckon with. And you never know players playing with renewed confidence and freedom and just with some luck we could there at the top come end of the season.

I am not ruling out our chances of winning the league with the existing CB's. And if do win the league with them without letting many goals in, most of the credit will go to Jose.

The important part was the GdS article, Tancredi is just a showman. Essentially, last night a flurry of Pogba to MUFC articles came out from Italian outlets, but when a journo named Carlo Laudisa tweeted that pogba was close to MUFC with a "work in progress" deal offered of 124m Euros, even Juve fans thought something was happening.

After this, a post on reddit was found where /r/soccer is trying to create a tier list for reliability of info. In this list a Juve supporter highlighted the reliability of Italian media outlets and claimed that GdS rumours depend on the reporter. Carlo Laudisa is considered to be second only behind Di Marzio for Italian/Juve transfers, which is a good sign, yet some pointed out he's been slightly off his regular reliability recently however is still reliable.

All in all, new info from a seemingly reliable journo has added more credence to the "Pogba to MUFC" transfer rumour

So, where is this thread at in regards to other transfer sagas in terms of length? I know the Berba one got fairly big.

If we sign him, and I hope we do, I wonder where he will fit in, bearing in mind Jose traditionally plays 4-3-3

Schneiderlien Carrick
Pogba

Schneiderlein Pogba
Rooney

Anyone know?

So like i said. It will be done this week. Also carlo laudisa has said its happening. He is one of the best with juve transfers. Paul pogba week !

Great post, massive thumbs up. Thanks!

This looks like it'll happen. Really don't want him and I've previously said that I think he's overrated so let's hope that Mourinho's instinct on him is right.

It'll be a big statement signing though.

Don't want him because of the hefty price or just in general, not a fan?

Not a fan plus the price tag is ridiculous so both the factors. Have stated earlier that while he's good but he isn't world class like people claim. Euro performances certainly reinforced the view but tbf Deschamps played him in the entirely wrong position.

I hope you are not drawing your judgment based on his Euro performances entirely. Because No one could tell Ronaldo, Lewandowski and Muller are world class just solely based on their Euro performances. He has been consistently improving for 4 season s now as well.

Not at all. In fact, I've this opinion over the last year or so.

Its funny how two fans of the same team can view a player completely differently. I on the other hand, believe he is the least overrated of the young players today. Players like Sane, Sanchez, Coman, Veratti Martial and especially Harry ,I hunt down birds with my free kicks Kane, are often overrated. Of these talent young players I think he is the most giften and the least overrated. I cant wait for him and Lingard and depay to start dabbing. The older fans are gonna be so confused.

Well I'm just assuming that if he's willing to pay such a ridiculous amount on him, then he must think that Pogba is a once in a generation talent.

Ah. Got you. Thought you were hoping his instinct was right in not wanting him. My opinion is similar to yours. I don't see a player anywhere near as good as the money we're likely to spend on him but have faith in Mourinho's eye for a player. When it comes to big money signings his strike rate is better than most.
