Also add in people asking "have we even bid yet?" As if such news would not be absolutely everywhere, as it will very possibly be a world record bid.
If it's Madrid he wants but they won't splash the cash that Juventus wants he could do a Beckham who refused to go to Barcelona (who are the equivalent of us in this strained comparison in my head) when he was with us even though they offered more than Madrid. In the Vidal, Thiago situations there were issues - If Sir Alex were still in charge, we'd certainly have reacted better but what you forget is the more we pay for Pogba (IF we buy him), the more it depreciates if people know you are rich. Clubs start asking for 5-10 million more....Someone for 20M isn't going to change the attitudes of most clubs. This is a different situation. Especially if Juve wanted to spend the money this summer....

What you don't understand is the clubs are negotiating, not Pogba. We already have a deal agreed with him, the clubs are weighting up the value. That's the "hold up" not that he doesn't want to come. Big difference.
