In fairness, if you are ITK what players apart from Pogba are we after?
Mate I know and do business with people at the club, people who work with the players on a daily basis and don't talk about transfers.

I don't think we would need months of marketing planning on how to advertise, its pogba in the same way it was Mourinho. Just release a tweet saying pogba is red and watch the retweets roll in. There is simply no reason adidas would need to be kept in the loop with anything like this.

I've worked in two different marketing positions with United as a direct client, have personal acquaintances (outside work) who work in United's marketing dept, my cousin had a pretty senior position in Adidas's marketing. I heard plenty of bits and pieces, all just assured as you're being, and all with about the same hit rate as every other so-called ITK you find in here.
You may be talking a big game, or you may just be gullible, but nothing you know or think you know has any more weight than whatever we find written on the back of tomorrows tabloids.

The Caf should do what Neogaf does where 'ITK's' have to provide proof to the mods of how they would know such things, and then they get banned anyway if their info turns out to be wrong.

I wonder if there was a way of setting up a thread so we could actually track journalists on here, make a tally of transfers journalists or papers suggest and how many go right and how many go wrong to actually get some empirical evidence on who is reliable. It's far too much work for one man but I think its possible as constantly updating thread.

Fair enough. And I didn't mean to badger him. My opinion is I'm just sceptical of ITK's, and I don't know Acquire Me personally, so obviously why would I believe anything he says? I do find reading that kinda thing entertaining though, and have no problem with it.
My own logical view on the Pogba business it that we're more likely to get him than not get him. Then again, I was more convinced we'd get Thiago when that was kicking off, and a logical analysis of what we think we know means very little in this scenario!

Its been like this from Mourinho to Pogba now. I have one source and he has been spot on. I chose to believe him and pass along what he says to me. If that gets me banned, thats quite sad tbf

I've also called all of those transfers before they happened, does that make me ITK? I give my opinion on them, like he and every one else on this forum and other social media have. Acquire Me tbf said his info on Mourinho and it was right. But it was because he or his boss had a meeting with Adidas representatives that one time. Where he claims that the Adidas representative divulged the info as it was a done deal and it somehow affected the link between the two companies (I can't remember the exact details tbh). That doesn't explain how he gets up to date info on the Pogba deal or any other deal for that matter. @Acquire Me, could you please clarify this for me as otherwise surely you're wumming and tricking many muppets?
Edit: I've read some of the newer posts and I'll stop questioning Acquire Me about it and just wait and see what happens like the rest of us. Apologies if I came across insulting.
