I don't think the force required is to convince pogba but juve (if any is required). Clubs know that Mendes owing you a favour is huge.

Yeah they were a laugh but some on there are juvenile and dare I say, xenophobic over the last day or so.

Maybe that's a bad example, but I was referring to the previous comment that said Juve wanted €100 million for Pogba, but we bid €120 million. So, if someone has an asset, that they aren't looking to sell, but price the asset at €100 million, why would a buyer come in and bid €120 million? It just doesn't make sense. But I'll say it again, that probably isn't what's happening in the Pogba case, but that's what the comment I initially responded to said.
 
Ballbag has always been a cnut with Utd.

I used to listen to The Times football podcast years ago and even back then, when we were the best fecking team in the World, he'd be bitchy about us. He was a huge friend of Benitez so maybe that explains where his dislike of Utd started. That podcast was the dirt worst by the way, nobody should ever listen to it. If it even exists anymore.

I remember when Balague was credited as being super reliable. Which transfer was that, again? During the last two summers I remember most people trusting what he had to say. Now he's being a total dick, however.

I have no idea who is more well known to be honest but cannot state a fact with either way. In my opinion if you go to China or India, I think Giggs would win it. Probably America too. But that's just my opinion of people I know in these areas.

We're going to get mocked and laughed at from all directions if we fail to pull this off now. So many people are bitter about us spending money we've earned on a quality player. I bet they'd all be far happier if it were Real Madrid or PSG spending someone elses money on Pogba.
 
For years Madrid have been throwing silly money at players to get who they want.

Same here. They can do one. The amount of opposition fans that jumped in the Martial thread when we were signing him and laughed at us was ridiculous. Well they ain't laughing now :)
