He has no regard for the sentiments of the fans of the club which employ his player (s). I recall Guardiola said in a pre-match interview that Pogba was offered to City. I don’t think he would have lied so blatantly before a game. If he can offer Pogba to City, he can offer him to Liverpool.

I must confess that I don’t see this as good news. Good news would be that Man Utd are confident of selling him this summer or Man Utd are confident of extending his contract this summer with a small inrement.
If you look at next year in a vacuum we have a better team with him than without him so in that way it's good news.
If you care about getting an already too low transfer for him maybe it's not but I'd rather have him next year in the best team we have had since Fergie than not have him at all.

Raiola has a past for threatening to go to your direct rivals for better contracts. He's offered Pogba to City before a derby, and has done this multiple times with the Italian clubs in the past. Rumours of a marquee player moving to bitter rivals is a good recipe to rouse the rabble, and pressurize the management.
As clueless as some of these reporters are, surely no one thinks Klopp would want Pogba, or FSG can afford him.

I am not sure why people keep telling this. Last time he went away, he was a kid. We got him back.

If the goal this year is to win the Premier League, how does Pogba having an extended break (or not cutting it short) help him get chemistry with the new signings or get more work in the transision to 4-3-3? How does he not see Sancho and Varane signings as an exciting prospect of making the best run at trophies in ages? I know some of you think its petty and nit picking, but this mentality isn't what will help you close the gap on City over 38 game in my opinion
