Oh ok, I misunderstood.

As for buy-out clauses, I think most of them come to be by the player signing insisting on one. Take Suarez for example, both him and his agent probably knew he could someday be worth a lot of money and made it a requirement before signing for Liverpool.

Or something, what do I know.

Yeah most in England are probably at the request of the player, as you say like Suarez who never planned on staying long.

But i can remember Gill specifically saying years ago United don't do buy-out clauses and never would. I don't know if thats changed under Woodward but i doubt it.
 
Delli Alli is good as if not he will be better then Pogba,at least thats what i just heard from J.Redknapp by watching some video on youtube...
 
A year ago Barca were trying to sign Pogba and Madrid practically had De Gea. Two of the best players in the world and we've got them both.

Imagine being a Chelsea fan, getting excited over the idea over Mourinho adding Pogba to your Champions team last summer, to seeing this all unfold now.

It's funny how Madrid fans can't take it when Utd have clearly outmuscled them financially.

Also, the assumption that Pogba would have preferred Madrid to United is also not necessarily true.

Lastly, "Modric is better" is debatable. Pogba is better than Kroos and with a higher ceiling than any other midfielder at the moment (bar Veratti).

Man, you guys with your Real and Barca pipe sucking get annoying by the day.

We've only sold a top level player once against our own will and it was his dream club since childhood, yet you lot like acting as if we get constantly picked by Madrid or Barca. This myth about Madrid keep growing bigger and bigger by the day. Most of the guys we sold weren't either wanted anymore or had a fallen out with Fergie otherwise we don't bloody sell our players to Real(and it's like Madrid or Barca never sold big players before listening to some of you :lol:).

And in a few years we're likely to be back competing for CL titles and such with our financial power, so these stupid scenarios you lots love coming up with about Madrid taking a Pogba or Martial in a few years are a bunch of bogus. You lots ought to stop with your inferiority complex or simply take it somewhere else.

Some of you lots wank Madrid more than Perez and their own fans, it's bloody irritating.

If Pogba even reaches half of Modric's ability to control a game in addition to his normal game, we'll have a player on our hands - that is how good Modric is. Can't believe we didn't snap him up when he left Spurs.
