It was somewhere in the 80s minute, we were under pressure at the back. Than Pogba got the ball, ran with it on the left side. He had no intent on attacking, but just to release pressure from the back while keeping possession. I thought it was a clever thought/move from him.
The maturity was very evident during the Summer with France. He was a collosal for them..

Remember Kante having an absolute shocker in the world cup final but Pogba still kept things ticking over. He's always had that in him

That's insanely good picture!! good find, mate.

This is his best performance for United. He did everything. Defended, scored, assisted, passed. My first 10/10 rating for a player this season.

Absolutely brilliant. What makes it work though is the brilliant leg work by Herrera in particular and the constant movement of the front 3

Yeh. He had an impressive World Cup. He knew when to go forward, but he kept a bit more reserved by controlling their midfield. I always thought he was France best player (admittedly maybe I'm being bias).

He was absolutely sensational today. Should have got his hattrick but it was a very good save by Begovic to deny him the match ball

Was hoping sour face Sourness was in the studio today. The praise Pogba deservedly got would have tipped him over the edge.

Yes, I thought the same in that action. He's doing what's needed in every moment and he's doing it brilliantly.

Wonderful performance today. Give him freedom in his preferred area on the pitch and movement ahead of him, and the guy can run riot.

His brothers aren't that great though

This is true. I always wonder how the gulf in quality between the three brothers can be so big when the genes shouldn't be so di-similar. Paul i think is the youngest one and yet he's the most outstanding and plays for one of the biggest clubs in the world

He is much closer to the goal and that makes all the difference. Well, that and our attacking style.

Well done Paul!

For a few moments he was giving Ronaldo vibes of being miles ahead any player on the pitch.

Huge ego producing great spectacle in football is nothing new but what a player he is. Exactly what OT crowd needed.

His field vision is really excellent. Thing that you notice with those great playmakers like Modric and Xavi.

I can't believe this is the same player as under Jose. He's playing with a lot more intensity and drive. Probably his best game since he came here. Let's just hope he can keep it up.

It's just unfortunate that some are most concerned with feeding their ego in this scenario instead of just enjoying the moment. It's all about being right. If you were not convinced with Pogba before, that must mean that you hate him and want him to fail. It's incredible how much your ego can get in the way of reasoning.

I’ve been a real hater of his due to his attitude, the silliness and crap performances but my word that header today was Roy Keaneesque. There’s potential to be the worlds best in him if he can get it all together on the pitch and keep it there

Saw the interview. He really wasn't.

Shreeves even admitted before asking that question that Pogba had said he didn't want to criticize the former manager. Even mentioned that we had won games under
Jose when asked about our winning run
At least Pogba can be mature about the situation, unlike some of the children on here.

Maybe I’m being delusional but when he plays like that he’s the best midfielder on the planet, what he can do with a football most players can only dream of. He looks happy to be here at the moment, you can tell how much he was enjoying his celebrations.

Brilliant in that world cup. He was definitely one of the best players in it.

The reason for that was because he didn't have to overcomplicate things. Just like we see now with Ole. A function of a well coached team with defined roles.

I always thought the tactics under the previous manager was what let Pogba down. Not necessarily his attitude.

Playing him a midfield two with Matic simply didn't work. It forced him to try and do too much and that's what went wrong.

Having Herrera and Matic there interchanging in terms of pressing and holding has changed all that. He was brilliant at Juve for that reason too. Not having to do everything. Pirlo and Vidal providing the other crucial components.

Those are some of his best qualities. That's why he has such great camaraderie with the rest of the squad. Reminds me of Evra actually.

I just hope he still doesn't want to leave. It would be just like us to lose him right when he's enjoying himself again.
