I really don't understand why matchgoing fans don't go full Spurs (what they did during game against us) on Ole. That city game was the most humilating performance I have seen from us in 19 years of supporting the club. I really don't feel things can get any worse. Have absolutely no idea what the owners are waiting for. We are far below any acceptable standard for the club, then why on earth are the matchgoing fans not making their feelings clear.

(Yeah I don't live in the UK, have visited OT only once so I probably don't get how difficult it is to making your feelings known in the stadium, but surely if Spurs' fans could do it, then we can as well).

If match going fans don't want to show their discontent at the dross being served up then it's their money down the drain.

This season is going to have to become a complete shit show of epic proportions for him to be sacked.

It's official, we are sitting at the same table as the Arsenals and Leicesters, as opposed to Liverpool and City.

Honestly, what the feck is Fergie thinking. I'm so reluctant to question him because I have always trusted him, but how can he stand by this? I wouldn't expect him to shout 'Ole Out' from the rooftops or anything, but I would expect him to talk sense to the board. Even Rio accepted Ole needs to go.

Lets say it how it is; there is no club from top 6-7 leagues that would hired him.
And no club in top 5 league will hire him after he got handed his p45 here. But to be real, he is not going anywhere soon and we are stuck with him like shitstain that got stuck in the wall and cannot be scrubbed.

The season is already a shitshow and will only get worse.

I feel sorry for us all. It's obvious to everyone what needs to happen. Opposition fans have been laughing at us but probably thinking we'll just sack Ole and get somebody good. They're probably in hysterics at the fact we decided against it. I don't know what's worse, the fact it got this bad or the fact we decided to double down on Ole and stick two fingers up at supporters. I've never seen the fans so unanimous in what they want and Woodward walked away from a metaphorical tap in that would get himself a bit of respect back. That guy is the ultimate clown.

I will say though, this is Woodward's biggest mistake in his time here. He's literally tearing the club and the fans apart. If things get worse on the pitch, like you're suggesting, I can only imagine the depths things will descend to off the pitch.

OGS, if not sacked. Will come back.

Fecking leppars. Support the club

Whet the feck is this supposed to mean? Should we all blindly accept mediocrity from the manager, coaches and board?

Perhaps us “lepers” can see what damage is being done to the club right now?

Ultimately we don't know who is advising what and who is responsible for the decisions over the last 9 years.

If Ferguson ever wanted Moyes managing our team then he shouldn't be anywhere near the club. Likewise if he's recommended Ole be given the job permanently when we could have waited until the end of the interim season. And then giving him a new contract in the summer. And now refusing to sack him. These are just unforgiveable decisions that your average fan on the street could recognise made zero sense at the time, anyone who has backed these decisions needs removing from their role as their stupidity is ruining the club.

You’re not qualified to speak on this then bevause you’re a plastic. Real born and bred Manc supporters in the stadium stand by the team no matter what. Or so I’ve been told.

I can't really complain about the match going fans not going hog wild. I mean it's totally different when you're looking at a famous hero face to face. Yeah he's not a good manager but he's still a human being ffs.

Doesnt seem to be a problem when its player related, but as soon as its Ole many here turn into purists and moralists.
As I've already said in another reply, we're in an Ole thread, that's why I brought it up in here. Why would I bring it up about the players when we're not discussing them in this thread?

Yeah I have accepted it and that this next 7 months of not having any emotion for Utd is gonna be very tough
This is the best case scenario. Noting his luck, he will fluke a top 4 with the sheer quality of our squad and haunt us for years :(

A shock to absolutely no one who has been paying attention...

That's as far as the clubs ambitions have been for years

That’s top 4 gone then. I can’t see a miraculous run t the end of the season. Players don’t believe in Ole anymore.

As a club we are clueless.

If that’s Joel’s true position then I hope we plummet down the table and fail to get top four. And they can deal with the mass exodus of talent in the summer.

I’d happily take a couple of seasons in mid table wilderness if it meant the glazers sold up and we got rid of the leaches and their spineless banker friends.

Mate, read my post again - I was agreeing with you. I think he'll be absolutely fuming about the thought of playing in the Europa league next season. I was just adding a bit of nuance, as there is also a potential stigma around the team 'failing', given that the collapse has happened with him in the team. I just meant that it might have the effect of him not twisting the knife on Ole too much at the moment. He'll be off like a shot if we don't qualify for the CL, I'm sure of it.
Sorry my friend, you do have a valid point, the man is full of himself and would obviously don't want to see his reputation touched. Ronaldo also knows much more about football then most, and to me personally it's very strange that he is keeping silent and supportive of Ole. I though that he would be the first to put pressure on him getting sacked. Cluster feck however you look at it.

See what happens is you'll tell yourself before every game that today will be a good day and that you won't see mc T and Fred in the middle etc. Then the team comes out. It's the same as it always is. You convince yourself that Bissaka won't defend from the opponent half of the pitch. You convince yourself that Shaw might play a forward pass for a change. You convince yourself that Maguire won't make a mistake and that maybe Fred will finally start to be a threat.
So you watch. With hope. However it doesn't take long for you to think here we go again.

Nothing will change with this team until the manager that specialises in the 1000 yard stare is fecked out. While he sits there looking at his ipad or stands staring off into the cosmos were in trouble.

Of course we are going to win games. We have the quality to do so. It's just that we are not going win any trophies under him.

There were pics of his house for sale sometime back. It had a sofa so I am presuming that the OP saw that too.
People always do that when they're selling a house. Pretend they've got sofas and so on.

Disgusting. Seems like they’re happy to just watch this season go down the drain. I said this before during the first wave of tweets that suggested the club weren’t going to act. I hope the season goes all the way down the drain that they’re willing to let it slide along.

Do you bring it up in the players’ threads when it happens? Any examples?

Honestly I think he’ll survive for a while longer yet. If we stay in the champions league and get 4 points from our next 3 games, we then have a lovely run of fixtures from Palace at home in Jan until City away in March.

If he keeps us in touching distance of 4th during that run then I think he stays.
